We call the restaurant in the morning 30 minutes prior to prepare an order. They confirmed 15minutes to be ready, upon arrival our order wasnt even prepared and they made us wait another 15minutes even took our payment before to make us think it was ready

Poor service, they gave an incomplete order and also didnt issues cutlery and serviettes.

Absolutely shocking service.The staff were clearly overwhelmed.I ordered, visited the bank and returned to the restaurant.I asked if my order was ready and I was told that it was not.I then proceeded to wait for a further 30 minutes.There were also no numbers displayed on the screen. As a result, there were a lot of customers waiting around to never be called for meals that were already prepared.It would be less time-consuming to drive to another McDonalds and order there.

Wow I will never forget this store I actually forgot my parcels at this store and when I returned the next day they were saved by the friendly staff and their customer service is exquisite. Thank u a million times guys

Ordered food from the app for delivery unfortunately the delivery was 45 minutes late and was delivered to me ice cold. in future I hope this restaurant changes the way they operate regardless of how busy they are.

It was an unusual evening where everything was a mess. Machines to order were not working, the one machine that was working didnt give out receipt and that make things even worse. Overall, it was a nightmare of an evening and I must say it was the first time I experienced such at a McDonalds

I experienced the worst off all, first ever hearing such from the staff thereAs i was about to order on the self service, this guy on the till called me to rather order on the till beciase the self machine has limited menu yet it was afyer 12:00 without any question i went to him and ordered chilli cheese double large meal and folder chicken large meal but he made those meals XL saying theres a promotionAfter the payment as i was waiting for my order, i checked receipt only to find out that he added 7x cheese which cost R31 and 2 doughnuts which are R9.80When i asked about i was told that my meal wont have any cheese if they were not to charge me R31 extra and that the doughnuts are on promo, how do we pay for them if they are on promo and were forced to take themBeen to many McDonalds but I got at Springs mall was the worst and i would appreciate that you treat your customers better

Love the new self service machines. Just the waiting queues are a drag, as there is no space for the queues, and most people do not respect others personal space. I was pushed around so much while I waited for my order to be completed.

Second time in a row that we were given old chips....chewy. I placed my order at 19h00....surely that shoulnt make a difference?? The food should be fresh at all times!!!

The food is also very good!I would just like to add that on our last 2 visits there was another customer (same guy on both occasions) that treated the staff very rudely and but the staff handled the situation well. I feel bad that the staff has to put up with rude and disrespectful customers sometimes!
