This is the definition of convenience. We ordered ice cream and and chilli cheese fries and in less than 5 minutes we were out of there. If youre in a rush for a quick grub, go get yours at McDonalds Springs Drive through or dine in. You wont regret it!

The service is relatively quick but the staff tend to forget one or two things with your menu. But they are very kind and quick to rectify their mistakes.

The staff members is really friendly and they are extremely helpful. I struggled to redeem a discount voucher, so the one sweet lady from McDonalds actually redeemed her own voucher as a gift to me. Their service is absolutely excellent. I never have any problems with my orders. This is a McDonalds I would definitely recommend 👌

Convenient for a quick bite and fast service most of the time

Bad drive thrue service everyone who ordered by the window has to go and park in the parkings and wait for their order, this resulted in a traffic jam,really bad service not impressed at all!!

The staff members there are just confused nobody seems to know whats happening especially when it comes to the orders. You wait before paying and you also wait a long time again before getting your food.

They sometimes make you wait long for your order in the second window. But the chips taste is not good. They often dry tasteless. Sometimes they taste like they have been sitting for a while and just got reheated

Can order your meal via the touchscreen and customise your order too. Much better than the queue system. Spacious restaurant with tables for two and tables for family.

I have been a proud supporter of McDonalds for a VERY long time. Always had good service and fast food, as it should be, but today I was very disappointed. Never in my 10++ years of ordering from McDonalds, have I been denied adding a milkshake to my meal, as part of my meal, without having to add it as an extra item on my receipt. I was charged the regular milkshake price but never had to pay for a coke as well, because the milkshake was part of my meal. Not impressed. Will seek a different McDonalds next time.

This specific McDonalds has built a steady reputation for getting orders wrong, packing orders half and issuing the wrong orders. This place is so ridiculous, I HIGHLY recommend to stay FAR away from it. Im done with this one, would much rather drive 20km further.

Absolutely horrible service received, placed my order at 16:45 called the branch at 18:20 the lady that answered lies and tells me the driver is on his way to my house , 20 minutes later still nothing, called again another gentleman answered and lies to me and says its on its way. Its literally 12 min from my house , told him to cancel my order because I have been waiting for 2 hours , not even an apology from them.Never going back there

The new look fits it perfectly and there are more charging points as well. You can now order digitally within the store and there are less queues as well as less noise.

Tasteless food, slow service. Will never go there again. Coffee came about 15min after the meal, had to go remind them.

I bought for chicken foldover. Normally it comes with two chicken patterns and salad dressing with enough sauce when I buy it at witbank eMalahleni. But the one I bought at springs it was different. One chicken patterns and it was dry. I regret myself why I stopped at that McDonalds to buy this. The service was very poor im telling you.

I like Mackdonals and go to them all over, but the Springs one is the neatest with the best food.

Good technology, less human interaction there is still staff to help if you struggle with the touch screen system which is sanitised. Easy to use and the big display will let you know when your order is ready to collect. The drive through is busy and not worth it.

Not too happy , ordered kiddies nugget meal .....got home & no nuggets......had to dealing with a raging 6 year old........went back the next day through the drive through again, told the lady & she just looked at me . So I had to ensure this time nuggets were in. Which they were. But yeah , no apology . Sad because I really enjoyed going here .

Overall good service. What you would expect from a McDonalds. Occasionally, the food is rushed and the presentation of the burger is sometimes poor when you open the box containing the burger (patty and/or garnish is halfway out of the bun).
