I dont often write reviews, especially negative ones. However the way I was addressed by a lady at the front counter when entering and leaving the store was nothing short of appalling. I was spoken to as less than human and the woman was extremely aggressive and hostile for no good reason. Will never return to this store and will spread word of mouth about this incident. Disgusting.

The Morningside dispensary at the wedge is exactly how its advertised to be. Efficient, well stocked and the robot is super great. Their service and level of knowledge of the pharmacists on site is phenomenal. Friendly staff and safe and secure parking. Definitely worth visiting when in emergency due to their late hours or for your every need.

I checked serval medicines. The price nearly double than other pharmacies. I won’t go there again.

Impossible to order and pay for something over the phone. Trying to order R60 worth of meds for my child and they are going on as if we want to steal R1m.It is t that difficult to accept an EFT.

Terrible in-store experience. Staff have no product knowledge and are very unhelpful. Update: the people that answer the phone are equally pathetic at delivering a remotely decent customer experience

Am I in Beverly Hills California on Rodeo Drive ? No wait I’m in Morningside . Strategically positioned on the Strip mall so you can drive directly to the entrance is a big plus for those with mobility challenges, parents with prams and children —- most importantly late at night as they are open till 9pm As you enter this independant retail pharmacy through automated doors into the air-conditioned establishment—you are greeted by crystal chandeliers glistening form the ceilings. Well lit shelves makes for easy browsing for products on the lower shelves. Surprisingly- the aisles are cleverly spaced to allow access for wheelchairs and easy to pass without causing ‘Aisle Bundle’. Browsing the aisles and racks you see the variety of products carefully positioned and easy to see prices. Take a break and browse the top brand ‘spoil items ‘ such as imported perfumes , makeup and creams “ with well trained staff that are willing to assist with any question about their products. Heading toward the back is a in-house clinic offering blood pressure, wound dressing and help with injections for those that need Vit B and other medicinal types with a sister in attendance NB tetanus injections available and qualified pharmacists administer these injections as a life saver !! Access to prescription and self help area is quick, easy and efficient.Dedicated pharmacist use the most amazing system I have ever seen namely the Rowa Robotic picking and packing machine. I was invited in to see this wonder of technology- German engineering at its best. The pharmacist types in your prescription and this megastructure of a robot ( a sealed air-conditioned room ) then has robot mechanism that collects your medicine at super fast speed and dispenses it directly behind the pharmacist. This Robot keeps track of stock and most importantly expiry dates so you assured to always get BBD medication. The Unguator machine makes Tailor made specialized dermatological creams in sterile containers Particular attention to safety of clients , patients and staff with 24 hour security inside the pharmacy. The health section is tops with many products on offer - have a look at the sugar free items. After browsing through top end gifts and some hand made jewelry and gorgeous leather goods with exclusive name brands ( great gifts ideas ) have them gift wrapped for free. More like wrapped for a King. Tills are staffed all the time with a dedicated automated door exit. I see why the pharmacy council graded this a A Grade PharmacyTake note that this pharmacy is nature friendly and recycles - from paper and even promotes not using plastic straws and has eco friendly biodegradable straws ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Went there last Sunday. Asked a simple question about medical aid and the pharmacist on duty basically accused me of fraud. Rude and obnoxious. Wouldnt use unless very necessary. Expensive as well

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I would go nowhere else. The pharmacists know you by name, the service is quick and efficient and there is always someone on the floor to assist you. Morningside dispensary also delivers which is a real bonus. They come highly recommended.

Watch out for this pharmacy. Their prices are double and triple of Clicks pharmacy. Watch out if you are on Discovery Medical aid. This pharmacy is a rip off. You always have to check your bills. The elders must watch out for this pharmacy. They rip you off with a smile on their faces.I would highly recommend that you go to a Clicks pharmacy before going to Morningside Dispensary.I compared their prices with Clicks and their prices were double and triple. So, dont be fooled by their smiles!Watch out and count your pennies especially now!

Very inviting

The waiting time at the dispensary is minimal. Friendly and efficient service..every single time! Every time I’ve been there more than one person has asked if I need assistance when I’m walking the aisles and I’ve been greeted at the door when entering.Their robotized assistant that handles dispensaries in the back is impressive and fascinating to observe on the CCTV feed.Great selection of goods - medical and gifts.Can highly recommend this pharmacy!

Great pharmacy & staff. (They care and go the additional mile)We ordered meds and a blood pressure monitor just before lockdown, regardless of the intercom problem we faced and that the delivery driver could not gain access, the pharmacy still worked with us and sent the driver out multiple times until we received our order. Very few pharmacies up hold this standard of care and professionalism.Thank you Guys !

Clean good service no complaints

After calling 2 days and a day in advance, to check and confirm their operational times for blood testing and then taking the day off for these tests, I got to the pharmacy at 8 am, only to be told there is no one there to do these tests and they actually only come in, on a later shift. The person assisting me,then gave me the prices for these tests and this also varied from what I was told the days before, on the phone.To be honest, after wasting a day of annual leave and only to be told, we sorry but the person you spoke to made a mistake, I will not return to this pharmacy and will rather support another pharmacy in the area. Mistakes do happen but surely staff needs to be aware of the mechanics of their work environment and if not, ask their colleagues before incorrectly advising customers.

Please change back to 9 to 9 level 2 Good Evening...

Amazing Staff. Always friendly and efficient

They are the only Pharmacy besides Linksfield (Pretty Far) that is open till 9 or 10 pm and open on public holidays. Please check as not 100℅ sure about the times. But definitely open till 9 pm most days. Good service.

I have been a customer of this chemist for the last 25 years or so, they are extremely helpful and the only chemist in the North that is open everyday of the year from 9 am till 9 pm, for this alone they deserve your support. Their deliveries at no charge during weekdays are most convenient bringing your meds to your door.

Friendly staff willing to go beyond the call of duty and with a smile. Nice to pop in and have a look while doing shopping in the centre!

One of the last remaining pharmacies with personal service etc.I would like to mention that these large corporate groups for example: Dischem. Are not in price or service benefiting the end users of any income group!Once again we expose big money & Government working to their own ends with no care for South Africans. Think before you Vote:

Took my Aunt to have a quick blood pressure check on Wednesday 11 July . Pharmacist who assisted us, who didnt even bother giving us her name was abrupt, patronising to the point of being rude to us. Interaction with her left us offended and distressed.
