The staff here are fantastic! There was no trolley available when we came in so we grabbed a basket. But when my mother found the basket too heavy, she asked a staff member for a trolley and he went off, only to tell her that there were none. We were resigned to the fact and went our way to continue our shopping when the gentleman surprised us with a trolley. So great to see staff not give up and keep the customer in mind.

I returned an item due to faulty packaging and had a few other queries on my slip. The ladies that helped me resolve everything today were so friendly and efficient. Really pleased with the customer service at Dischem Sandton 👍👍

The best Dis-Chem branch, the employees are very helpful and go out of their way to find products and bring them to this store. Great customer service.

All dischem stores have alot of items at great prices.This store is quite big and gets busy as well.Alot of cashiers to keep the line flowing so one wont need to get frustrated and agitated come to the end of your shopping.

Good Pharmacy also they have a loyalty card you can collect points then you got discounts

Worst experience ever!Dispensary staff is so rude and they are really not of the smartest people you get. They just staring if you gave them a answer to collect medicine, dont understand or are just completely stupid. I left the store and went to another dischem. I was so upset, management need to consider training for the staff in how to do their jobThis place will not see me again!.. Its supposed to be a place international guests can visit to collect medicine as international guests visit sandton city often.

Pharmacists who DONT careClueless and unproffesional pharmacists.Went there yesterday, firstly there was no pharmacists on site behind the counters for around 10min.One person stood there like a flower pot at the back. Calling him he lift his gaze from his phone and announced oops didnt see you.Explaining to him my repeat prescription was loaded on Dischem and I need a repeat he insisted he need the original scrip (The script that was handed in at another Dischme pharmacy a month earlier) this clueless bloke couldnt grasp this minor detail. Obliviously ignorantI left and was helped without issue at the Benmore branch.Dischem Sandton Pharmacy is not worth anyones visit. (Unless you want to waste your time)

Went there today and I must say that the service that I got was the total opposite of what I had expected. Had some lady issues which discussing in public may become a bit challenging at times but when I got to the self medication point I was received by warm and friendly staff. They were more than helpful. The conversation that we had was so real and comfortable it was as if Im talking to one of my girls. Thank you for the great service Ill definitely be coming back to this store :)

They have terrible telephone and in-store service. They are slow and quick to refer you to the next person to avoid working

Went to the store to get sanitizers which yes I understand theres limited stock and they need to ration it out but u tell me why I get told Its one per customer yet theres woman walking out with 4 sanitizers and 4 packs of masks from the same line I was in

Went to Dischem Sandton with my 10 year old son to refill an asthma pump (cannot leave him at home alone) and was told I had to wait as only 5 customers are allowed in their truly massive shop at any given time!!! You mean to tell me that there are 45 members of staff working there? Over lockdown? I waited around half an hour because most people leaving the store left individually and most people waiting were individual, so they kept getting bumped ahead of me and my son. Spoke to the manager, who was threatening and so rude, terrible customer handling skills; I was basically told to #$*& off. Clicks is definitely my shopping choice from now on. Such a different attitude from their delightful store manager. Sandton Dischem - your store manager has let you down.

One word. Huge. It has everything you could possibly expect to find at Dis-Chem, with a few exceptions in the super foods section.Getting anything from the pharmacy is still a cumbersome process. I really wish it didn’t have to take so long. The last thing you want to do when you’re not feeling wellor have an injury and need painkillers is to wait in a long queue, to only the go and stand in another queue to pay for it.

Cant follow instructions when given a script for epilepsy medication and still short provides on the pills. Absolutely not communicated.Double check everything!

The Branch Manager for today refused me a return/refund because it has been bought during a 2+1free operation. Is it written in the return policy?Bad customer service from this manager. He let me wait 15mn before coming. No greetings, no smile, no solution, no help. Just a no.. disappointed. I liked shopping here..

I’m a Dischem addict, i sometimes just go there even if I’m not looking for anything. Yesterday I was at Benmore Dischem and now I’m going to the new one. The Sandton city branch is opening today and it has been my wish to have one close to home. I can’t wait and I’m definitely sure the experience will be amazing. Dischem shopping is therapeutic & amazing

Been calling and calling for more than an hour. Keep getting transferred all over the place, nobody answers their phones and I just end up at the first person over and over again. I cant believe that the branch is that busy that a person cant answer a phone call for critical medication.

Great variety and layout in the main store but the service at the dispensary is painfully slow...
