I want Express my most valuable experience at this clinic. I received excellent customer/ patient service from the door to the receptionist consultation area up until the dr rooms. I felt like I was at a private hospital. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and Im super proud that in the heart of Alex ,there is a place that you can you go to for medical assistance at affordable price and excellent service. The place was clean neat and staff very helpful and professional .

Good dayI went to Quali Doc Clinic with my two girls who were not well. I just want to thank the staff at Quali Doc Clinic, Dr Sbu Mazibuko, another female Doctor, very pleasant she has her patients at heart - unfortunately I did not take her name. They were all so good to the extent that they had to assign a nurse to come home daily for three days for my other daughter who took long to respond to medication and needed Drip. The most horrendous experience Ive encountered. The supposed doctor that attended to me was so unaccommodating, he made it seem like hes doing me a favour and to make it all worse I was kept in some separate space for almost 45mins without being attended to. Im never ever gonna go back to this place. I just wasted my money and time

Please doctor Nthabiseng and any other superiors do something about Alexander branch, its totally failing us as the community. The staff there whether they are qualified nurses or not they keep themselves away from the patients they dont welcome and reassure them if theres no doctor available. Please provide at least a qualified nurse to help patients in case of minor illness. Thanks for the good service in diepsloot branch although they were not open this Sunday 8/12/2019.

Most shocking and horrendous service from the pharmacist lady Natasha, made me question my sons consultation with the doctors who attended me ..Have to lay a complaint with the management waste of money and time...

I had the worst experience EVER! I went for my 1st sonar and no matter howmany weeks I am the sonar can give measures. Theres a small short guy whos apparently a doctor he had no idea how to use the machine he did not introduce himself he was unprofessional. I hope that place closes down. Basically I went there to get a gell on my belly and listen to absolute nonsense. I went to another place just after I left qualihealth and I got how long I am and my due date. This stupid doctor even offers me a picture of an empty scan cause he had no idea of what he was doing. I regret going there and will not recommend it to anyone. Ow and after he did whatever he was doing he just walked out and went to see another patient. I was horrified.

Worst service... Why do I need to pay if I can go to the local clinic and get the same slow service?I am gonna have to take that back. When I met the Dr think her name is Abongile. She was so helpful. Big ups to you!!!

Was really disappointed,a thorough check up wasnt done, the gentleman didnt seem to care about my wellbeing, asked for my height to be weighed so I can keep track of my bmi as a young overweight person, the staff didnt help instead they looked at me like I was crazy mind u I have serious back pains at that time , asked for an HIV test it wasnt done, had to buy it separately at a pharmacy after paying a consultation fee. I payed for a chat session with some guy who didnt present himself as a medical practitioner and a few pills, I basically wasted my money coz the problem Id gone with hasnt gone away. Never again will I go there, its a circus and I felt like the clown.

We wait for a very long in the ques without being attended to, once you get some sort of attention, your put in the cubicle for hours without anyone checking up on you or even given you an explanation for the delay.The doctors are not always detailed and they tend to brush you off when you need answers.The service is poor and could do with some improvements

Am here 27/02/19So i get to the 1st Assistant who rudely advises me that they not taking cards due to their system is offline,, which is okay but the manner in which that was communicated was so unprofessional hence its not my problem that the system is off.I have been here several times before and I have never been treated this awful😭😭😭Next this Anathi personnel comes, no greeting or anything then she says am Anathi watz wrong i responded to say excuse me,why are just talking to me like that, are you a Dr or you training because I had never been treated like am a common criminal at a place were am supposed to be treated with kindness not rudeness. Then she asked if I needed someone else to assist and I said yes please.I have always recommended this place to others i know but their rude and unprofessional behavior really made me feel worseOn a better lighter note then a sweet somebody Khombisile Khumalo assisted me and thank you for understanding your work and patience in hearing when we need helpMay God bless you continually all the days of your life

Unprofessional, i have been here for almost 2 hours now and no one is attending to me

No professionalism,i get to get my blood result and the first lady checked for me and she got and gave it to the other lady who was sitting by the table by the hallway and chatting with friends,she took the result and look at it mind she is still seating there with everyone. and im just sitting by the hallway and she comes to me and say there is your result everything is fine just there and walk back to her friends,so i ddnt understand when she said everything is fine so i went there to her tables with friends and ask if she can explain,she said i dnt know what to explain to you,is like when im saying orange is an orange(in my mind i was like what an excuse for a proffession,orange is fruit u can say u cant eplain an orange,stupidity @ it best) one of her friend there was like u cant say that she wants to understand ..so i was given my bloodtest in corridors.

I was visiting the Alexandra Quali Health, the service is very slow. We have been waiting for hours without seeing the doctor & the noise for the staff members chatting. It is very bad with only 1 doctor attending all the patients.

Worst service ever not coming back here (Alexander iworse) 🤞 will definitely advise everyone I know to stay away from this nightmare,-wait for hours without being attended-very unprofessional-Staff sleeping at reception and chatting-Dr taking phone calls whilst consulting

The service is so unprofessional, from the frontline staff, the ladies are rude and have attitude and as for Bheki who attended me it was the worst consultation ever he kept talking I ended up not mentioning half of the things I went for as a result I had to visit another doctor. So it was complete waste of money.
