Came here for face Aethetics, the clinic itself is really clean, tidy and bright. The staff are fantastic and so so friendly. My aesthetics doctor and her assistant were so professional - her technique is brilliant and i hardly felt anything! Thank you so much :)

Since Dr Edinburg has left there service here has been dismal. I scheduled an appointment at 11h15am, had to call in and follow up with the staff and still no response from the Dr. I have been loyal to the practice for 5 years but no more!Absolutely pathetic - would definitely not recommend.

Doctors and nurses are very thorough and friendly.Just an update from the first review; I can highly recommend this practice, the follow-up from the doctors is great, they actually phone you back to check your progress.

Till, now I might have went at least 10 times to this center. I am surprised that today I am late by 7 minutes and they cancelled my appointment and that to after waiting for 15 minutes.The attitude of the doctor is not professional.There were instances where I used to wait for 1 hour although I have an appointment but I never questioned about this.

I received the treatment I requested, lovely doctor, lovely receptionist however when I received the invoice I queried the charges. It was confirmed that I was overcharged and that I would receive a refund. It took over two weeks to partially resolve the query as only half the refund was paid. They had an opportunity to fix their error while retaining my custom and the custom of my friends, colleagues & family, yet they chose to take the short term, short sighted, greedy route. Disappointed. Of interest too, is that most of the reviews are from the staff.

The doctors dont simply treat you as a number, but take the time to make sure that they understand your symptoms properly and can make the correct diagnosis. All in all, the staff is welcoming and friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable and caring and the facilities are top-rate – a truly holistic approach to medical care. I highly recommend!

I have found the service was exceptional. The receptionists were warm and friendly and made me feel welcomed. The practitioners are accommodating and give full explanations as required. The doctors are excellent diagnosticians and i will always make use of their services.

We went there on Wednesday and were promised a doctors note to be emailed. It is Saturday and weve called 3 times requesting it.R600 and we havent received the note. We did inform them how important it was on our calls to them.

What a positive experience. The centre is well located, modern and clean. The staff are professional, compassionate and well qualified. They go the extra mile to provide individualized care. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Personally, I try avoid the doctor as much as possible, but when I do go, all I want is a doctor who actually cares and advice that is to the point without looking to try and get the most out of me, but rather they want whats best for me. UFHC ticks all these boxes. Doctor I trust, looking out for my interests. I give them a healthy thumbs up
