Sadly the service is not great at all. Every time I have gone and been on time for my appointment - I sit waiting for over 30 minutes to be assisted. No one informs you or apologises. Very unprofessional.

The last time I was in Johannesburg I went to the clinic when I was feeling unwell, Doctor Ward was really helpful and the staff were all friendly. They were all professional and prompt and Doctor Ward provided excellent care. I would definitely recommend going here if you need somewhere to go.

Went for an ultrasound but they did not give me the type i requested, then Dr. Ward sat me and my husband down in a consultation where he did not wear a mask, literally talking about random stuff, not listening to a thing i said or any of the answers i gave to his questions, and hardly talking about the ultrasound at all. Then he said that he had covid and got better so he cant catch it and he has strong antibodies. Dude. Just wear the damn mask. Might be a lovely doctor for some but i will not be going there again.

Most compasionate and caring doctors Dr Ward and Dr Natalie Mclullich is outstanding. My 3 year old son got the best treatment there today for pneumonia. They have state of the art xrays, sonar machines, Vitamin drips.

By far the most pasionate doctor and team i have ever met. I dont care if i have to sit and wait for a full day, i refuse to go to someone else. Dok keep up your passion and good work. You treated me when i had covid and made regular calls to find out how i am.

Better rates than other doctors offices in the area. Very advanced set up.

Dr Ward is one of the best Doctors I have ever been treated by, he is wonderful with my kids as well, and my youngest is very particular with who he allows close to him-never having an problem with allowing Dr Ward to examine him. Dr Ward has always assisted my family with professionalism and kindness, and has even assisted us after hours and on weekends when we needed help.

We are having a very bad expierece with advance medical for the last 2 weeks, dr Ward and Daniel is selling nitrle gloves that they cannot deliver. we paid a deposit on 2500 boxes that they could not deliver they made promises on 4 occasions afterwards that they sit with millions of stock. this has not been proven true yet. they are sitting with a R150000 of my money that they promised to refund since Friday last week and still it has not happened
