Abysmal service on Sunday afternoon 23/5,stood in the queue for ages while 4 staff were playing in the store with each other and their cell phones, shouting and screaming at the entrance to the store while we stood and waited for one till that could take cards(the other couldnt and the rest were empty) To make matters worse something I purchased was incorrectly priced, this was dealt with sooo unprofessionally and slowly, I had to show them where I got it from and then it seemed to be my fault for finding it there, no apologies and even more time to return my money, Its possiblely time to teach your staff how valuable some peoples time is and that not all of us are busy playing at work, very disappointed

Will much rather drive to the Morning Glen Clicks . Service and product selection is much better there.

Wrong prices on shelves, staff having to explain themselves. Poor service to be honest

The trading hours are wrong. Clicks in Morningside closes at 6pm. They refused to help me at 18:10
