Midas H/O does not answer their phones. I have tried at least 6 times. Bad service. How can I have confidence in Midas and their merchandise if I cant talk to them and get answers to my questions?

Clean. Variety of car products available. Just watch when youre quoted for a product as the guys seem to make up their own pricing if you see 2 different people on 2 different days.Alright for basic necessities. Go in knowing what youre looking for then you shouldnt have any stress.

Will sell you kak. They dont care about customers. Bought brakes from them which damaged my disks within a month and had to replace the whole thing. I do not recommend this place it is not trust worthy

Very bad service! The salesman there decided to do a sale instead of giving me the right part. He gave me the wrong brake pads after i repeatedly asked if they are the correct ones. He said he has been dealing with this he knows his job. When I got to the vehicle they didnt fit.

Used to come to Midas all the time and they where very helpful. The last 2 times they were totally uninterested. The simple question as to how I change a globe in my vehicle resulted in them telling me to look it up on YouTube.

Great store. I am always buying tools and bits and pieces for cars and bikes and have always found what I needed. The parts department knows what they are talking about which is super handy.

Great advice from these chaps. They could have easly taken me for a ride but instead took the time run diagnostics and then give advice on how I could fix the issue rather then make a quick sale. Will always be a loyal client as a result

I visited Midas Fourways Crossing a number of times. The staff were friendly and helpful and the prices excellent. My Honda Ballade headlight cost me one third of the cost at Honda

Love this Midas. Really experienced and friendly team, always willing to help and find a solution. Have been there a few times and have always left with everything i needed.

I am shocked at some of the clearly BS comments about this store. 5 stars does not do them Justice... offer discount without asking... Super friendly supper efficient and super well stocked.... Now dont bother to try find a better store as there isnt one.

I go here often to get some car items and they have the best team to assist with any questions. The store overall is clean and well stocked and I have personally never not found what I was looking for.

Dont know whats going on in there store... the place is a mess, nothing is organised. Waited a hour just to find out they dont have the correct part. Sales man smokes behind the counter...

I went to get a quote and was told that they too busy in the store to give me one, I should rather call. Poor service, and the guy was rude about it.

Terrible service. They just put the phone receiver on the counter and left it there for 15 mins.Decided to give them a third try. Supplied the incorrect parts again. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Drive to MIDAS Cresta. A bit further but epic service.

I raced through fourways traffic on a Friday to get to the store before 5 30 as advertised on the site. You can imagine my frustration when I got there and it was closed at 5:12. I previously bought some spares from them which practically fell apart in my garage. I think Midas should rather focus on fishing rods as the spares and tools are not of a good quality.

My windscreen wiper arm snapped off. I tried Midas Kyalami, who were disinterested and TOTALLY unhelpful. So I phoned the guys at Midas Fourways Crossing, they told me to bring my car in and they would make a plan. True to their word they did all for R50 for the arm and R30 tip to the guy who fitted it. THANK YOU MIDAS FOURWAYS CROSSING YOU GUYS ROCK!!

Terrible service, store was cleaned up after my last visit. Refused to order something for me. Couldnt even find water pipe clamps for a car... Next time they will tell you they dont have spark plugs.

Service levels have gone down. They always have reason for not installing customer vehicle wipers

They dont seem to follow the franchise pricing when it comes to specials, do check that first. But they are pretty helpful.
