Great advice on large purchases... Big up to Olga - amazing saleslady!

Not a bad place...easy access etc. I think staff need to be a bit more knowledgeable in special case scenarios e.g. the limitation of gas bottles and exchanges. This would have made my visit a bit easier. But other than that....no complaints...will definitely come back.

This Builders Warehouse is compact, but they have everything that I need for a facility management point of view. The staff are friendly and well trained! More importantly, Covid is taken seriously!

Prices on shelves different from what you pay - best to be aware of it before you pay - doing credits takes forever...

The parking is really not great. Also when I was there today the paint section was in such a mess... it was so difficult to find anything.Otherwise its a nice store

The smaller builders express has more stock than the big builders warehouse and the staff are most definitely more pleasant .

This is a great little express in the area and has most of what you need. I like visiting here. Not a lot of queues which makes it perfect for a quick in and out. Very convenient.

I own a cleaning company that specializes in post construction cleaning. Currently contracted to Shancon Projects with developments in Morningside. This is a convenient location for a quick in and out when running short of supplies. The store is hardly ever busy, except for Wednesdays.

Not a good experience if you want to buy paint . They were unable to mix paint due to nozzles being blocked and some other issue with blue pigment spring not working. I got the impression no one really cares and that management is poor.

Do not have keys cut/made here. I had two keys copied three times each. None of the six copies worked. When I came back for a refund, the cashier told me I was the second person that day who complained about poorly cut keys. I was able to get keys perfectly cut nearby at Mica in Benmore.

Terrible service. I constantly have to wait 1 hour to 2 hours just to get assisted by the receiving personnel. When I asked the security guard, she told me the Receiving guys are currently on lunch so I need to wait 😤. As to how low long ? She had no idea

Like the old local hardware stores of old. You dont always get what youre looking for, but they generally stock those items that you need when urgent DIY is needed.

Handy hardware store, only for the essentials. Not the widest variety.

Most of what you need is there however sometimes there arent enough tills operating.

Was looking for alien keys, but I could not find any. I drive all the way after confirming online that they have stock, only to be disappointed.😫

Its a small builders so not too much variety but good for small/odd things you might need. Garden section is nice especially the low light plants. parking is limited and staff arent well informed on the products.

Sales guys made me wait 40 minutes to get my brush cutter. After telling me that the two in stock were returns. He then emerged with a brand new item.

Always need to look for someone to help in the respective departments, often has low stock of popular items, few cashiers at times and they dont ask one anymore if the purchase/s are cash or on account resulting in a delay as they presume it is cash and require a supervisors code to void as different windows are used foe the two types of transactions.

Whilst this store is good for a quick-in-quick-out, they have yet to master the concept of click-and-collect and the service in that regard is woeful. I went in to collect an order after the pick up time and they have not even commenced the process, so I ended up picking my own order. Really disappointing to see how retailers can mess up something so simple.

Just purchased an item here and had to use my cr card. The card machine was so disgusting it left a residue on my finger after using it. How unsafe?

Went to buy an edge trimmer. Half the items didn’t have the prices displayed. No stock of the ones that were on display. Staff not knowledgable about the product and not really interested in providing assistance or advice. Called for the manager but staff also not keen to assist with that request. General trend at this store. Poor service and no stock of everyday items. In future I shall be shopping online or at a competitor.

Just tried to order topsoil and compost from Builers Express Bryanston. Shocking service from both call centre and the store - was told that the call centre was in place to lessen the load on the store and to discourage customers from contacting the shop directly! When finally got through to Builders Bryanston was told that I have to come in and pay for deliveries as payments cant be done electronically by assistant not interested in assisting. Moral of the story - store has no customer service

Not the name Express, so dont expect to see Main Stream Construction stuff here. The DIY types will be satisfied.

Only one teller available for about 10 people, other teller was dealing with a hiccup. Unfriendly and didn’t help me when I pushed my trolley with seedlings to my car. Very disappointing ☹️

The housekeeping at this Builders Express is something else. They run dirty smelly water down their entrance into the street and block the water drains.. Papers and plastic are littering the pavement of the house they rent next door. Large trucks park outside in front in such a way that cars cannot see oncoming traffic and it is an accident waiting to happen. They do not even put somebody to show traffic whether it is safe to pass. I witnessed a potential accident last week and nobody seems to care in the least.Complaints are ignored. The manager, it seems, does not take calls.
