Equipment great, facility great, staff friendly, Planet Fitness ability to solve issues absolutely terrible, planet fitness client communications terrible, planet fitness management involvement after struggling with account related issues terrible, internal communication between planet fitness staff terrible.Ive been sitting with an account related issue since Feb 2021 and still up to today my issue was supposed to be solved but its not. What a surprise.

Immaculate, the staff have been so diligent over the lockdown easing of levels and ensuring all equipment is sanitized. Maintaining a professional touch from the front desk to the changerooms there is no difference.

What a pleasure to venture back into an amazing Gym world again. Completely covid compliant, great team presence ensuring members are following protocols and are safe.Amazing facilities, loving it

They call you non stop to come in and sign up. You arrange a time to come in then have to stand around looking like a fool only for them to tell you sorry nobody can help you!!
