I bought a laptop form incredible connection in January, immediately the Touch Bar had an issue when I opened the device. The problem didnt persist for a month in. a month later the Touch Bar stopped working. It was sent to core and for four weeks I waited for a laptop, it came back , with dents that werent there before, later the same problem came back. I can only get a new MacBook only if core technician confirms this fault, however, they didnt fix this before. Theyve damaged my machine with dents and its not even a solid three months of using this laptop.

Super efficient and great service. I was informed step by step via email and text. Courier collected my laptop on Monday. Friday repairs were finished. Monday morning 8am courier dropped off my laptop. Very fast! Very professional.

My most preferred Istore because of its exceptional service and super friendly staff. They really go an extra mile to assist customers and deliver value for money. There is a coffee shop at the back which sells a mean cup of coffee and eats. It has a pleasant environment and good views of the garden. They have a factory shop which could save you money on some of device needs and accessories. Big up some of the guys are always super stars ⭐️ for customers Tsitso, Tumi and Sash.

I must say at the very beginning you were in contact with me I was impressed. I wish your email replies were as fast as repairing phones since the only communication through a repair Centre is by email. My iphone was repaired from your Centre and satisfied with the outcome. Your packaging is very safe and reliable. My phone is as good as new.

Totally unhappy with incorrect feedback and lack of technical expertise.Reported poor performance of an s6 battery only to be informed that after testing I was told that the battery was was fine. Although the phone was in the warranty period was informed that Apple do not guarantee batteries as they are considered consumables. As the battery was hopeless I paid to have it replaced by Apple at my cost. Phone arrived back two days ago and the new battery has performed perfectly Obviously the Technical Expertises is sadly lacking if they cannot even test a battery, or was it just to avoid their Warranty obligations.

If there were 0 stars that is what I would have rated the Core Group. Poor poor poor communication! Charges R15k to repair a laptop and take 2 weeks to deliver despite a promise of 7 days turnaround? Disappointed!

I contacted them online to find out about replacing my iPhone battery and booked an appointment. I arrived early for my appointment and was served 30 minutes late. When I got to the counter they said I needed to hand in my phone and it would take 3-5 days. Two questions:1. Why did they not tell me this during the on-line chat or in the email booking confirmation?2. If I needed to hand in the phone, why did I need to stand in a queue for 40 minutes waiting?

This is the worst experience I’ve received from a computer store. They promised to contact you if you send in a repair and they just don’t. It took me 4 weeks to get my MacBook Air sorted just to receive the MacBook back totally erased without Any communication! Then they just want you to pay without checking if it works!!It’s a embarrassment to the brand of apple if people are servicing people like this!! I’ve lost total respect for the CORE group as well as Istore! Especially in the way Istore Cresta handle this matter as well!

Bought an Apple TV 4th Gen, end of December 2016. We use this device daily and I told my friends that I was happy to pay double the price of any other streaming device, as Apple products are unmatched in quality. My device has just stopped working, 7 months after the warranty has elapsed, and they send me a quote for R4103.67 to have it repaired. This is R1400 more than a brand new 5th Gen unit. So what they are saying is; A) Im dumb, B) When their products fail, they force you to buy a new one, or C) Both. There is no way it can cost that much to repair a faulty component. Im gradually getting rid of all my Apple products. Thanks for nothing.

Core service centre has got to be the worst in the world. Not a care in the world for customer service. Broken phone in transit, issued a broken replacement, no fault found when I returned it, and now I still wait. Booked in 23 Jan 2018, and to date (5 March 2018) still no phone. Pathetic. Apple Inc, I really hope you dont see how your name is being trashed by these incompetent, careless, USELESS fools, you might just die of shame.

Absolute useless customer service!! Nobody should even attempt to get an iPhone fixed at any of their iStores. Technical people in the stores are clueless. Made the mistake to sent it to the Core group repair centre. I have requested to get the broken phone back and I will make a sense in one of their useless iStores. All they are good for is to sell overpriced phones with no after sales service.

Wow, Im extremely disappointed with the poor service rendered at Core, to be frank, its actually shocking.I took my MacBook Air in to have the battery assessed. Core determined the Unit had been affected due to component failure.Fair enough... But all should be good seeing that I had bought the iCare Cover for these exact problems. Quick fix right? Wrong, Core does not cover batteries unless it fails due to defective materials and poor workmanship.Hmm, well seeing as the computer is a year old with no damage, It must have been defective materials and poor workmanship right? Cool, I disputed it and walked core through their policy wording. You can guess what happened next, my emails went unanswered and ignored.I tried calling and was told I would receive a callback, that didnt happen either. I did get an email telling me the devise would be returned to the store if I did not accept the quote by the close of day. Ouch!Guess well be going directly to Apple International to chat this one through with them. I hope no one else has to experience such poor service.

I wish there was a zero star rating. Most pathetic service Ive ever encountered. Turn around time on repairs is absolutely ridiculous - CORE only started repairs 10 working days after receiving my phone and then an additional 3 to 4 working days is required once repairs start. In summary, just trash - Apple - very dissapointed in choosing this company to represent you.

I have no idea how Core are still the apple repair representatives in South Africa, worst service I have ever received and I thought old Let Me Repair was bad. These clowns make them look like industry leaders!They have had my Mac since January and have still not repaired it. It went in for a GPU issue picked up at the iStore and I was informed that it was under a recall program. After having it for two months, Core Group informed me that they had done extensive testing and had found nothing wrong with the GPU but I could have my screen replaced under another recall program. I agreed as I had noticed some of the anti-reflective coating had started peeling off in the corners of the screen.After another two weeks I called in and was told they are still busy with the assessment and 6 days later I received a quote for R12 000 for a new screen replacement and was informed that my Mac was actually not covered as the four year from purchase period had lapsed.Thanks for wasting my time Core Team! I have still not received my Mac back and have subsequently purchased a new one.Great products with absolutely shocking after sales service. I would rather use DigiCape from personal experience.

Not very helpful, the only nice person/ person who knew what to do was at reception. finance was horrid and from the onset yelled at me like i was at fault. Costumer service thumbs down. they dont even deserve the star, cant post without it though.
