Outstanding service and customer care. Damon really goes the extra mile. I used to find cellphone and data transactions (upgrades etc etc) stressful, but since moving to Cellucity, Benmore, every one has been a breeze. This is thanks to Damons excellent service and professionalism. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Dealt with Damon and Lizel and my contract was an exceptional circumstance due to a misprint in the vodacom catalogue. What I expected to be an issue, turned out to be a smooth experience with Damon handling my expectations and delivering in terms of the contract. I shop there as its closest to me. The service is not the best, very slow, no enthusiasm or sense of urgency from the staff. They all are very laid back. Its like you doing the staff a favour by walking in. The attitude I feel they should have is when a customer walks in they should be excited and have a sense of urgency when assisting anyone
