Great service.Staff members were friendly

The service used to be much better at this Checkers. In fact, Id go out of my way to shop here but not anymore. Items are incorrectly marked and when queried at the till the cashiers saunter off as if they couldnt care less that they are wasting your time for what should be correctly priced in the first place.The manager stands at the end of the tills on his cellphone. No apologies for incorrect items or the inconvenience caused.Products are more expensive than other Checkers.Will reconsider coming here in future if their service doesnt drastically improve.

We bought 2 meals at this store yesterday it it was smelling very bad we thought its the smell of the brocolli but when I ate the rice was sticky nd wet the vegetables overcooked when I took back the food to the store the manager on duty just gave me the refund no apology its only the lady who was taking my details who apologized nd I did not sleep had the running stomuch not happy at all

Im not one to complain at 1st I was buying cooked rice and it turned out it was rotten thanks to the lady who came and made me check if its fresh before buying it..today I just bought AloeVera water after drinking a qouter of it as I was closing the bottle I felt something on my fingers, it was fungus the water had fungus and some rotten stuff imagine seeing that after I had already drank the water 😒Im soo annoyed..

Terrible service and every time we buy meat,veg or bread,its old or rotten when we open it at home.we have tried to support this local business but the service and lack of fresh goods is off putting.

Not the best Checkers store Ive been to, but not the worst either. They could make it a bit more modern like the Checkers Hyper at Fourways Mall. The advantage of shopping here rather than at Fourways Mall though is the ease of access and not having to cart your groceries through a shopping mall or try to find parking in a shopping mall which is currently undergoing construction work.They run out of bread really quickly, so I wasnt able to buy any of the bread that I like which was disappointing.Other than that, the cashiers are friendly and helpful and I didnt have to wait very long in a queue to be served.

The staff are the most disrespectful of all persons. The staff will openly cut in front of you the customer in the queue and be served by the willing teller. No consequence. At the cigarette counter, the teller will interrupt your transaction to openly have a conversation with her friend.

This is truly the wors checkers in the word in my opinion. Customer service is pathetic. Staff wouldnt bother to smile at you or even assist you with anything. Always only 2 tills open even though the que is almost out the door. I now go to checkers pineslopes instead.

Good for cheap meals later in the day. Prices on standard items are often wrong though. Is it worth complaining over a Pepsi thats R1 more expensive than it should be?

Nice size family store, great selection of groceries, butchery, kitchen appliances, pharmacy section, also warm meals selection.

This Checkers is in serious need of a refurbishment. The fruit and veg and meats are not always fresh. The only positive thing is that they only close at 20:00.

Checkers Leaping Frog must be the worst Checkers ever. Half of their goods are expired and no one cares!Please check expiring dates before purchasing and wasting your time.
