Was sold a fast charger that wasnt fast at all

These guys are sneaky, be careful. I phoned for a quote on screen repair. They quoted r800. I came to the shop and confirmed price, r800. I asked for a quote on screen protector. They quoted r100. I said fine, go ahead. I come back and its done, screen protector is on the phone. The screen protector is too small for my phone. I ask why and i’m told the bigger one (correct size) is r200. So i say just leave it and give them my card for payment. They charge r1000! After arguing based on above they give me my r100 back. I left with my fitted screen protector too small for my phone. These guys are dodgy.
