My husband has a contract with you guys and so far its been grate up until yesterday...We went to get a HP laptop on you Feb special not only did I have to run up and down to 6 different stores cause no one has any idea what packages and stock they have....Your staff is not helpful at all I spend my whole day wasted on looking for what I want and still can home empty handed!!! This is bad service....My 6year old would be able to run it stores beta then your staff!!!We will surely be changing to another network that can give us the service we want and pay for not only did I waste yester day but today as well as Im waiting for them to call me as they promised me this would be sorted in the morning up an till now I have called them twice and get the same answer I will call you and its already afternoon!!!

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW AND EVERY MONTH CELL C IS TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT I HAVE NEVER SIGNED OR AGREED FOR MONEY TO BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE CANCELLED A FEW TIMES.I HAVE BEEN EXPLAINING MY SITUATION EVERY MONTH TO THE CALL CENTER. HERE IS THE STORY AGAIN. A FEW MONTHS AGO BLITZ FIBRE CAME TO OUR COMPLEX AND SAID THE COMPLEX WE LIVE IN HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR TWO MONTHS FREE FIBRE AND THEN AFTER THE TWO MONTHS THEY WILL THEN PHONE US AN FIND OUT IT WE WANT TO GO AHEAD WITH THE SERVICE. THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE ROUTER BUT THERE WAS NO CONNECTION FOR MORE THAN A WEEK, AND AFTER A LOT OF PHONE CALLS TO THE CALL CENTER WE DECIDE TO CANCEL. THEN THE FIRST INSTALLMENT CAME AND I HAD TO SORT THIS OUT. I PHONE CELL C AND AFTER MY FULL DESCRIPTION AND DISBELIEVE ON CELL C SIDE I DECIDE TO TO REVERSE THE UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER. THEN BEGINNING OF OCTOBER CAME AND CELL C TOOK R1366 FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON AND NO EXPLANATION( THAT WAS A DAY AFTER NAYTON PHONED ME AND TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CANCELED AND NO FURTHER DEDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE). I PHONED CELL C AND THEY ASSURED ME THEY WILL REFUND ME AND I AM STILL WAITING. ON THE 26 OF OCTOBER CELL C TOOK ANOTHER R753 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND ONCE AGAIN NO REASON OR EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN TO ME AT THE CALL CENTER THEY SAID THEY CAN SEE EVERYTHING WAS CANCELED AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS FOR AND THEY WILL ALSO PUT IN A REQUEST FOR CREDIT. I HAVE PHONED THE BANK AND THEY SAID THEY CANT REVERS THE AMOUNTS BECAUSE IT IS LOCK ON CELL C SIDE , I AM ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE AND IS BUSY TAKING THIS FURTHER I CANT FIGHT THIS ON MY OWN ANY MORE AND IS SEEKING HELP FROM THE LAW AS WELL BECAUSE THIS IS GOING AGAINST THE CONSUMER ACT. I HAVE REQUESTED ALL OF MY RECORDER PHONE CALLS AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH PUMIE AND NAYTON AND HAVE ALL READY REQUESTED TWICE TODAY THAT THEY PHONE ME VERY URGENTLY ON MY WORK NR AND SO FAR THERE IS NO FEEDBACK. I NEED YOU TO CREDIT ME AND THEN DELETE MY BANKING DETAILS OF THE SYSTEM PLEASE.THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF CELL C AGAIN. I bought a 2G blackberry data on 24/3. On 25 it was gone. I reported the matter with a hell of a time to get call centre agent to understand the problem. I get ref number after ref number and empty promise after promise of call backs in 1 our. Its now 18/4 and still no call or explanation as to lack of service or missing data. This was not the first time data disappeared from my phone. Reporting just seems to be waste of effort but I have now had it with this excuse of service provider and demand a explanation!

The worst = Network in South Africa in terms of fraud and identity theft. Inside jobs and rotten staff search for Good numbers on the system for money paying customers and criminals. Attractive numbers are then fraudulently Sim swapped and/or ported to other networks to cover the theft.

Why you should not sign up for a contract at cellc - I did, i signed during one of their Friday deals: R599 p.m for a Samsung S9 - Pinnacle 1 Gig. The Cellc employee who upgraded my current contract sent my details in too late, so without notifying me they automatically converted the Friday deal into NO deal and now I pay R740 per month for a contract I did not sign up for - I did not sign for this deal, how can you just change contracts? Isnt that illegal?????? Im going to cancel this contract and I recommend you to NOT SIGN WITH THEM!

BOYCE MHIMHI, terrible customer service. I was due for an upgrade and landed up Boyce whom got the upgrade completely wrong. After that he did not reverse the upgrade. Now I am paying double and can not upgrade untill Cell C has sorted this out.

Upgraded my contract on the 1st of Feb with Lerato Mahasha at the customer retention and upgrades call center.A week later no feedback no phone. So I logged a complaint. She phoned back said she didnt have an email address for me. Although they email my statements every month for the past 2 years. She got the email and promised to send an email and the phone. Still waiting. Logged another complain. She phoned back with more excuses and made more promises. Still waiting. No phone and the upgrade hasnt been logged. I logged a Hellopeter complaint and got a call that an email will be sent to the call agent to ask her what is going on.

Been with Cell C for about 2 years now. I don’t come close to using my 10 gig that I pay for every month, however I had an issue with my fibre 2 months back, so I had to use my Cell C data. I used my 10g up in a few days, and when I phoned Cell C to ask why my previous months hadn’t carried over as per the new law, they could not give me an answer and could not give my data back. Instead of me receiving an answer from Cell C, or wanting an answer from Cell C, this rant is rather for the public to see and take note that should you have data that is supposed to be carried over, this is not happening. Watch Out!!!

So I was called on the 11/04/2018 to upgrade my contract which I was not keen on doing but the deal offered was great so I decided to go ahead. This call took place late afternoon and the deal was concluded the same day. A consultant by the name of Kevin or Keegan took me through the process as well as his Female manager.My new phone suppose to be with me on the 13/04/2018 whic never arrived nor was. Contacted at all. I then called in to follow up on what is happening with my deal and whats the delay, i was told that my new contract was not logged on their system which was highly disappointing so I decided let me wait until the following week maybe it was a technical issue because Im a reasonable person.I then called in again on the 18/04/2018 because I still had no feedback or courtesy call. I spoke toa helpful lady who put me through to the delivery department which did not pick up anything on his side which I asked to speak to a manager but was put through to another consultant! His name is Richardo if Im not mistaken and he did help as much as possible. This gent told me that I do not have a ew contract open on my name so I told him my story, he told me that they have small companies under cellc who contacted me but never lodge the deal which unsettling as they are legit.I am still expecting my new phone or a phone call or anything from these guys but unfortunately only empty promises are made. Now yesterday I was told to expect a call and my claim has been logged with a reference number was SMSd to me. To try get hold of these guys is almost impossible, worst that a government place actually. I am really disgusted in the service I have received from this team, the network is great but the service is really bad.I trust this finds someone well.Thank you

If I could give 0 I would. Frontline staff has a very terrible attitude. Carlswald branch is holding my ID hostage because the staff decided to close early, after I spoke to a consultant and told them i was coming; and confirmed what time they close. Headoffice has been sitting on this complaint for 2 weeks with no report back on resolution. Call centre in Durban basically said I must make my own arrangements between cell c stores to get my ID back. Nonsense! No customer service here at all!!

Poor service I’ve been billed for insurance for the last 5 months even though I’ve cancelled it 5 months ago I’m currently in a financial situation and its been hitting me hard debit orders have been bouncing adding extra R70 every month because There’s extra charges like insurance that doesn’t show on the system but shows on my bill I’ve been in store countless times I’ve called the customer care countless times . It’s like I am customer service because I have to sort out my own problems I need get all relevant documents nothings on the system I have to call around . Every person that wants to take out a contract I urge them not to go through cell c I can’t wait for my contact do end it’sdisorganized

So I sent it back!I have been waiting for refund on a broken phone for 5 months now and I lost R800.00.Cellc has the WORST costumer service there is!!!!!!!!!!! You should send your people for more training, because obviously they did not receive any! I had a problem with my ZTE pocket routerThey agreed to replace it but new stock would only be available in 2 weeksThey checked to see if a branch had stock and found 1 at clearwater mallMy problem / issue is as followsThey dont have stock and wanted me to drive to a mall 35km awayI insisted that they get it and I would collect it which they are doing but it will take 3 daysOther than that they are very good
