Visit to Smartfix Benmore branch, very pleasant experience. Staff assessed myphone professionally and presented best possible solutions to solve the issues. Entirerepair experience was efficiently simplified and i am very pleased with the outcome.

I have been in three Smartfix branches in Benmore, Bedforview and recently in Eastgate Mall, and my experience in those shops was superb, I like the fact that there is a wide range of stylish cell phone accessories to choose from. Im especially happy with the service provided when I went to get my phones LCD screen replaced. Well done!

Had to have my S20 lcd screen replaced.Technician assured me it would be done in 3 hours.True to his word I got the call 3 hours later asking me to pick up the phone. Very happy with the service .

Terrible customer service and even worse attitude from the staff. I brought my iPhone 7 in to change a battery and they damaged my home button. They then tried to argue there was no way to prove the home button was working when I brought in the phone till their own cctv confirmed otherwise. Never going back there again and for a very simple battery change have had the convenience, bad customer service and additional cost of a new phone *#@#

I took my daughter’s iPad to Smartfix in Stellenbosch. Jerome gave me a quote which I accepted. Went back to the store , they tell me they have to open it up. If you were such a technician, you would have known that an iPad can’t be opened, which I found out from the iStore, and you called these people chancers . I think you’re the chancer cause you messed up the display and edges of her iPad by forcing it open.Dont! I repeat Don’t ever take your apple products to them. They didn’t even have the decency to contact me re the non progress, after months of waiting. Really disappointed. So much I could cry. I have to buy a new one and this one was only a year old. You don’t even deserve a star.

Cheap garbage even though they charge same prices as competitors. The staff assured me that a generic screen for my iPhone was fully functional but just lower resolution. This was a complete lie. My iPhone’s 3D Touch does not work at all, typing messages takes extremely long because the keyboard does not function as it should, and recording videos on social media platforms doesn’t work because I’m unable to hold the record button down. I give this place a 0/10.

Nic and the team always on hand to repair my iPhone when needed. Best part is, repairs are done while you wait. Pop out for a coffee and by the time you are done, so are they. Keep up the great service!

Got my iPhone screen replaced. It has been two weeks and I have a cracked screen without me dropping my phone. The staff says that the supplier won’t accept the screen. They won’t take ownership for faulty products. They also have a guarantee which they do not adhere to.

Handed my phone in for a battery replacement and got an email a few hours later to inform me that the screen had been damaged and would be replaced at their cost. Picked it up later in perfect nick. Well done Smartfix, I will be back.

Terrible service and lack of responsibility taken by the business with regards to thier faulty repairs. Employees withheld critical information about the differences between the original and the replacement screen, the colour is washed out, the glass has a permanent stain on it and it consistently becomes unresponsive or pushes random buttons.Beyond disappointed and would not recommend this company

Went to collect my phone. store only opened at 09:25 and yet it has to officially open at 9. One of the employees states that the person who has the key is still on the way maybe because of traffic. Utter nonsense. You wake up early to ensure tat you open on time. There wasnt even an apology. To make matters worse, I had to keep calling for days on end to receive feedback on assessment. i wouldnt recommend Smartfix to anyone.

Replaced an IPhone 7 screen due to damages to have it returned with the home button raised and no longer flush with the new screen, apparently this is standard with after market parts yet nothing was mentioned beforehand that the product would not be one hundred percent even after their repair.

I would not recommend this repair shop....customer service is shocking and the quality of spares is poor
