Called owner and said she would get back to me with prices and would respond via whatsapp or email still waiting.....3weeks later--- even went there and the trainer took my details cell and email--- poor service. Would not reccomend. Clearly dont need new clients.

I loved my experience at miss fit fourways!! The trainers are great they demonstrate all the moves and ensure you doing it correctly. Its a really fun workout with great music but trust me I felt it the next day. I loved that its a female only gym. I left my session feeling strong and empowered.

You Have to Experience it to witness the awesomeness. Totally unconventional training. The programming is different everyday and always keeps you on your toes! An amazing Sisterhood of woman who support and empower each other. The Fitness and weight loss is honestly just a bonus.

Lovely workout facilities. Workouts are always fun. Shanna is a great trainer and boxing studio owner. Would highly recommend to any ladies wanting to get in shape. Everyone is super friendly and you always feel welcome at the studio. Location is fantastic.

Absolutely LOVE MissFit Fourways! The facilities are stunning and I have never experienced so much support from a fitness facility before now. The coaches are encouraging and motivating and ensure that the sessions are enjoyable and effective. I am so glad to have found such a lovely community of empowering women!

Warm and friendly environment, the trainers are excellent and make you feel like family. The workouts are so much fun and not intimidating at all! Honestly one of the best gyms, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into shape.
