I love this Fight Fit the intense training that happens in this family orientated space is beautiful , not only is it a fight fit they also have the gym space , the pace and power nutrition the Lola clothing line , selling of martial arts clothing and The Gypsy Kitchen which is done by Meghan the Gymnast and Vegan Baker.Her mealS are fresh and centered around Vegan cooking. I love this space it gets really busy in the evenings , however during the day it’s more relaxed and is great as the kids come here for gymnastics when it’s not to busy.They have a bookshelf where you can trade a book for one of ours for one of their books lovely concept free of charge.The most beautiful touch here is all the martial artists are such gentlemen. its amazing they say thank you , excuse me it’s such a nice feeling.

My son has been a member for nearly two years. Brazillian Jui Jitsu has been fantastic for him. We have seen him grow and develop in confidence. We have also recently started my daughter in the Mui Thai classes - this has also been an excellent exercise option for her.We would recommend the gym to any parent looking to offer their kids something out of the ordinary that will teach their kids discipline while keeping them fit and strong.

This is an absolutely phenomenal gym. I joined as an adult with absolutely zero martial arts experience, but immediately felt involved. There is a lot of patience for newbies, but you are still given so many opportunities to learn from the best and make fast progress.

Fight fit militia is definitely not your average gym. WOW! When I say they have everything for everyone Im not lying. The biggest thing that surprised me is the sense of family and community there. Everyone helps each other,the trainers are friendly and are SO great with the kids,you can see they are invested in the kids there whether they are training or not. The owner Chef always takes the time to great you and find out how your training is going. I absolutely love and recommend this gym.

So glad we found FightFit Militia . The boys have the best possible training available in Gauteng , and even in South Africa that Im aware of . World class training, in a great environment . Snacks and meals are thoughtfully prepared for the health conscience and very convenient if running late for dinner , or just a quick snack . Coffee is fresh and strong too. Shopping centre is busy and lots of choices especially when need to do some shopping while the kids train. Thank you to all who have made this possible for us at an affordable rate for the whole family . Added bonus is that load shedding doesnt mess up the plans ,because it seems the whole centre is backed up with generators . Proud to have the Papas tribe , be part of your tribe.

By far the best BJJ & MMA gym in Africa. Really organized with a proprietary integrated system of self defense that provides a platform like no other. For my job I have been to different countries and find going to the gym sometimes intimidating but fight fit was supper inclusive and encourage. The trainers are awesome and encourage, regardless of your fitness level. Currently in Europe and am struggling to find with the same type of gym.

Great place to train. The coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I recently joined the Jiu Jitsu class with absolutely no background in it which can be quite daunting, however the coaches spend more time with you and kind off ease you into it by teaching you the basics.

Ive been with this gym for about 6 years. The training is absolutely fantastic. The best part is that its a community. A community that is extremely welcoming to new folks. I send my kids there for Jiu-Jitsu and it’s incredible to see an EFC LH weight title holder roll with and teach the 3-4 year olds. Chef is a mentor to the kids and reaches them great values: Listen to your parents, clean your room, respect etc. while learning to defend themselves. My kids are tired and in a great mood afterwards and look forward to going 3 times a week!

What can’t I say about the FFM? I think the fighters and champions along with the coaches that are so present in the world of mma speaks for itself, but what that doesn’t show is the effect training at FFM can have on you as a whole. You wil get fitter, yes, you might even become the baddest man/woman on the planet, but what is most valuable is the effect that lies beneath the surface. You find yourself walking through your day with less stress and calmer. With a larger tolerance for the things around you and way more confidence. It builds you by stripping away a lot of the nonsense we attach to ourselves. There is no space for any egos. Even if you want to hold on to a bit of it, it is automatically stripped away by the humbling experience of tapping out to a girl/guy half your size in one of your first BJJ session. That being said, the only guys going really hard, are the newbies. You learn within a few sessions that technique is the key behind everything and once that becomes your focus, your progress becomes very noticeable. The people and comradery is amazing. Everyone is willing to help, and EVERYONE has something to learn. The initial walk through the doors might be daunting, but you very soon feel like you are at home and never want to leave.

What a fantastic facility. My lighties are here. I train here and my second half. We all do jiujitsi I also do mma. There is an amazing little vegan slash health food restaurant and coffee shop. Powerlifting gym and world class athletes and coaches. What a place. The best kids facility in Africa hands down. Come here for all fitness goals.
