The hotel needs to improve the breakfast menu, not giving guests a lot of options. Chakalaka for breakfast every morning is a BIG NO!

The way I was welcomed the first day, was like a kings treatment. My stay, the room and breakfast, dinner, were outstanding. The staff very friendly.If one need value for money, Road Lodge Rustenburg is the place to be.

I wouldnt return or recommend it to anyone. The staff is not helpful, I booked 2 rooms and didnt receive any key cards, I was told they didnt have enough so each time Im outside my room I either have to leave it open or fetch the reception to open. The aircon is so loud its like a generator

It was a great stay, the staff was very helpful and showed they belong in the hospitality industry. They must upgrade their vending machine to take debit and credit cards since they dont really sell anything other than the goods in the vending machine. It was one of my best stays at a hotel.

The place is clean and they sanitize your room before you check in also they follow all the Covic 19 rules

Clean, neat and spacious rooms. Friendly staff at the welcome desk. Safe and secure parking. Only hassle is waiting at the front gate for someone to actually open. Walking distance to the mall and filling station quick shop.

No mini bar fridge in the room and you have to make an up and down moves to the receptionist just to ask them to put few thongs on their fridge

This hotel is not ideal for long stays, ideally just one or two nights max. Rooms are a bit small. The bathroom is a little cramped. Breakfast is pretty standard, with all the basics. The cleanliness is a big plus for me. The service is great, staff is always ready to assist.

A home away from home

Staff there is very welcoming, Lulama, Mabaso, Masesi, Kabelo and David. If you are a smoker, you no longer have rooms for smokers. It was nice to stay there as always

For the price you can get something more decent. Staff not really helpful. Cleanliness questionable. Its like sleeping at your grandmothers kitchen under the sink but at least grandma is family she will be more hospitable. I do not recommend at all. Pool area is okay. The rooms and hospitality 😯

The management is very poor. After midnight a group of young adults made noise for about 2 hours. The receptionist did not take any action to correct the situation.

Very clean, firm comfortable beds, polite efficient staff, great shower and good selection of tv channels. If what you want is to sleep comfortably and have a good wash in the morning, this is your place. Also right next to the Waterfall Park. Well secured parking.

Its alright. The rooms are cosy. Its next to a main road which is quite loud. The pool area is small but nice to relax in especially during the evening. Staff are friendly. I have been booked into a room that was still in the process of being cleaned once, but I do generally enjoy my stays there

The breakfast is horrible..Ive never had bad scrabbled eggs until I had breakfast here. If you dont eat pork,dont ever sleep there...They use a WhatsApp to contact housekeeping, it takes them an hour to reply. The front desk is a mess,staff looks like got no idea what they doing.

The place is really clean and located in the best place for visitors, especially those who want access to malls...My major drawback was the size of the room. Theyre too small for my preference...

Rooms are always neat and tidy and staff are helpful and friendly but the pillows are terrible at every Road Lodge I stay the pillows are the same... Extremely flat and uncomfortable please get new pillows!!! The gates dont work properly. Its also ridiculous that you have to leave your ID at the front desk to use the Iron and Ironing board. When anyone has a shower or uses the toilet there is an annoying squeaky sound. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in the future.

The space of the room I slept in felt a bit conjested, and their phone line was out of order which made it difficult to get hold of the receptionist. I had to use my phone to call while there! This was not good at all. It was during the high peak season...we just needed a place for a few hours to rest...that is all...nothing special. Places we wanted were fully booked!

This is accomadation on a budget. The room is decent size with a basic design. The same goes for the bathroom as well. The breakfast is also not too good with the staple traditional breakfast available.

Lovely place to stay but only problem is they take very long to check you in. I had booked 6 rooms and it took over half an hour for us to get all the rooms.

My rooms door didnt close properly and the shower door, notified reception but all the lady said was push the door harder . The shower didnt work properly as well. I was disappointed. Room 138

Not bad for what it is... Breakfast was OK the sausages was nice... And the cofee was good. The rest of the breakfast could. Do with some. Love and tendernice. Rooms are comfy but bathroom is a little small for big guys.. TV does not have a sleep function... Witch is one of the most important functions in a remote for me. But all ok other wise. Service however is a big problem as everyone looks very unhappy to be there. I work in the hotel industry and this was quite sad to see.. However e. You guys feel better and can see the sun shine... Thanks. For the stay.

Crammed parking. Awkward location especially for a first timer. Staff not friendly. Not a wide breakfast choice. The room we were in was humid the carpet damp. I was glad that our stay was short
