Employees in their electronics department do not know the difference between laptop specs. The laptop on display and the one that they gave me upon the sale were not the same laptop. This is false advertisement. Even after explaining the difference, the employee said it was the same laptop because it looked the same. Meanwhile the one on display was an 11th Gen i5 laptop with an additional Intel Integrated Graphics Card an the one she brought from storage was a 10th Gen i5 laptop with no additional graphics card. This was extremely disappointing. Apart from the sale, the employee kept leaving me to stand around in the store and wait for her. I am not satisfied with the service I received.
