Waiting for more than an hour and a half for a persons order!! when you phone then they blame the weather and the drivers, this is a continuous trend. Get an email stating that the order is being processed at 10:12 and only getting an email at 11:35 that the order has been dispatched. But the driver is on the way with my order when I phone at 11:15?!

Rustenburg Branch - Delivery staff always friendly, quick but when it gets to complaints it takes it a no go.Ordered a Double Bacon, Mozzarella & Cheddar toasted sandwich.No Double Bacon or Mozzarella on toasted sandwich. Phoned and asked why not on because I paid for it and it so DRY. He replied that how can i say that because it a toasted sandwich that is why i cannot see the mozzarella???O but I can see the cheddar???

They have some great veggie options, friendly staff over the phone and deliver in minutes. They are unfortunately a bit pricey.

When we place online orders they ALWAYS reroute it to roodepoort or another branch in Gauteng. Then i have to get a call again from the store ask8ng if i paid and what my orders is etc.. why do you have online ordering than?The guy calling does not know his menu and would ask so order bacon what what i mean teally!!!!

Popped in here for a quick bite to eat after a meeting. Very tasty sandwich, fast service. Will definitely come past again if I get the chance.
