Panarottis in Waterfall mall Rustenburg, is definitely a place youll want to revisit. The service is brilliant, and the waiters are so friendly. My family and I had the best experience there today with our waiter named Elvis, he was a true legend. The staff at the sign in station were also such angels. Thank you, Panarottis.

Appalling Experience. The cheesy garlic bread was literally rock hard! Pizza had no flavour whatsoever. The pasta was overcooked and slimy with absolutely no taste at all. Very disgraceful place.

Very happy with my visit to Panarottis in the Waterfall mall Rustenburg. It wasnt a busy night and that meant there was no problem with the service. The manager was friendly and helpful, and the pulled pork and pineapple pizza was a perfect meal after a long drive. And the best thing about my visit to Panarottis was the fact that they served draught. So the cold and refreshing Castle Lite draught really just finished of a very pleasing visit.

The service was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly, they made sure that everything was fine during the evening.The milkshakes were very nice and the pizza was terrific.The manager came by the table to make sure that everything was fine, he is a very great guy and he made us feel very welcome.I would recommend Panarottis anytime.Thank you for the evening, I will make sure to visit again soon.

The food wasnt what we ordered.We asked for takeaway and we didnt get any cutlery.We ordered chicken pasta and the pasta had no chicken.

Initially , my review for Panarottis was only one star , but Panarottis has changed a lot over the last few months .The staff seem to have been trained better as I didnt have any problems with ordering or paying the bill .The pizza is good , and I really like the specials that they have on TuesdaysI appreciate that the manager speaks Afrikaans and that they write a thank you note on the bill .A++

No service at all !!! visited tonight with a friend and our two kids... ordered two coffees and milkshakes for the kids..... wanted to place an order for the kids for pizza as well as ourselves.... no waiter in sight... asked different waiters to please call our waiter as over half an hour has passed and NO ONE came to check up upon us.... still no waiter in sight.... waited a while, stood up to speak to the manager to complain at till and he did not even bother to acknowledge or look up at me.... took my friend and the kids and left without paying the drinks... half way down the mall the waiter came running behind us and asked if there is a problem..... gave him a mouth full as the kids were fussy cause they were hungry and then he still asks if there is a problem... clearly if someone has been in the restaurant for close to an hour and you only served them a coffee and didnt bother to return then there is a problem and you cannot blame them for walking out .. was the first and also the last time I will set my foot in Panarottis....

Slow service , It was not busy maybe three tables total. And use poorly made cardboard straws , dont know if its to save cost but become soggy and unusable very quickly

Being on holiday and visiting this Waterfall Mall center has been great. Elvis and all the staff at Panarottis have been so friendly and hospitable. Thank you Elvis for your fantastic service and friendly smile. I would highly recommend going to Panarottis for breakfast. Try it, you wont be sorry.

I am not happy with my first visit at panarottis Rustenburg. I bought chicken chopped salad and it had to carrots inside. How they served my take away was just not pleasing. Non offered me paper bag for my salad, had to ask for catlery and dressing to be packed as I am passing.

I love the staff but one thing I hate is to be seated at a table that hasnt been cleaned when the previous customers have left quite a while ago. If this happened only once Id have understood but more than that is just inexcusable.The food is great, the service is good, waiting time can be ridiculously long.

We usually love the restaurant but we have been waiting for our dinner for more than two hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. 6 hardworking, hungry people and no food.

Really pathetic. Why we need to wait more than an hour for food is not acceptable. Manager sorted the problem. Something wrong with the oven. Waiter should have told us the truth at the start.
