Currently standing in long queue, only 3 if not 4 cashiers on duty and its month end😡😤. Cherry on top: air conditioning doesnt work. Its so hot in here youd die, considering we have to keep our masks on🥵🥵🥵. The fans they put up are just blowing hot air. I feel for the employees. This just reminded me why I never come to this store🤦🏾‍♀️

They got most of wanted things with a fair price and the service is also good.

I was looking for a stove at this Game and they had great options for me at reasonable prices. Eventually I chose what I liked and could afford, and they processed the sale quickly and delivered in a rural area without any issues. So Im a satisfied customer and would buy from them again.

I was disgusted. They wanted a bribe since I didnt have a printed proof of address instead of directing me to the internet cafe. I was overcharged for my cellphone purchase and shouted at when wanting a correction

This place was a night mare with 2 tills open nd long queues nd I approached the Manager talking to one customer a white lady nd laughing,I approached him nd asked him about queues but he ignored me nd told me he is short staffed nd continues to talk to the lady,Guys treatment to us as customers is bad nd managers still showing signs of Racism

All the staff at Game Biblio Plaza is extremely helpful. Whenever I visit them for shopping, i get surprised with their service. Always smiling, offer assistance and baskets when they see customers struggling. I only shop at this Game store.

I had a great experience at Game in Biblio Plaza Rustenburg. I was served by Onkarabile Simon Modibedi. Hes such a dedicated young man who serves customers with a willing heart, smile and is passionate about his job.

The shop is hot, I dont know if the ventilation doesnt work or what.

The staff was really helpful but it is not really well organised .

Centrally situated and is within reach.Nearby supermarkets include Pick and Pay Shoprite .ATMs Standard bank and F N B bank not far either .Other include pharmacy, fishery, butchery ,and many other traddings surround the complex.Parking provided. Close to public transport. etc. etc.

Staff need to be helpful, they need to have customer relationship training. You walk into the store there are always sales staff at a corner busy having a chat and laughing. While you as a customer, have to help yourself. Staff are pathetic.

I have been there a few times. Its ok but this year it has been not my favorite place to buy anything but overall its a good store with different ranges

They always tell you the person working with the appliances is not around and refuse to help you with the product you need

The shop is not too big. The applience department you wait to get someone to help you, the place will be empty but they take forever to attend a person. The other sides they fine. GAME RTB CBD. There is fnb ,capitec, standard banks. Theres eating pleases, gift shops, Vodacom shop, game, flower shop, spotsbat and plants of car parking. Across the street there is shoprite, wimpy, Yankees and man more.

A bit lacking in computer accessories ... faild to get a lenovo adpter.
