Horrible experience ever..i am not quite happy with the service i got form Rustenburg fairprice and i am never going to buy at fairprice. I waited for the whole month for my coach to be deliverd and quess what? It was never delivered when i asked for my refund i was told it will take 3 days of which i am not even sure if it will really take 3dyas, and during the waiting process they never communicated with me at all.

Not the best store as there isnt stock and if there is these are damaged goods. I purchased a lounge suite, TV stand and bed of which everything arrived late from when it was promised and then when stock arrived my TV stand did not arrive. When I asked why I was told that they didnt want to send damaged goods as they are out of stock. I told them that none of the shops send damaged goods. The useless people who work at the shop dont know how to check stock availability nor ensure that stock is delivered on time. I was told that they have stock and thats the reason why I paid. When my lounge suite and bed was dropped off they said the TV stand would arrive on Friday or on the following Monday. It is now Tuesday and I still have not received my TV stand. When you phone to enquire they either hang up or tell you that they will get back but wont phone again. I would suggest buying from a bigger store (bigger supplier) as you may not get your stock on the promised day or week. Would not recommend.

If you are looking for creative and very reasonable prices for the house furniture Fair Price is King, the only frustrating thong is that if you want to buy something urgently, you will have to wait 2 or 3 days to arrive from their other branch, parking is a night mare, as its nearer to choppies.
