Fast friendly help, the sales person knew the facts of the fridge I bought and a coupled of minutes later I loaded the fridge

Month end, the shelves were empty. I could not find what I was looking for.

Problem with this game is pricing , youll find a buddy coke in the fridge with a price of R9 when they ring it its R11 , I had a few items that I picked this up on when I shopped there , then you have to wait minutes for the cashier to run to the diffirent racks to go and fetch the price so that they can correct it on my total. And then some racks with items on does not have prices at all , maybe its due to the fact that they take the prices off when customers notice discrepancies and dont replace them with the right price.

Customer service do not attend to their phone. They will promise to call you back and they do not.

Theres zero customer service at Game Waterfall Mall, I looked and waited 10 minutes for someone to assist in the furniture department and no one pitched. I ended up walking out... without the chairs and stuff I wanted to buy.

This store cant even keep to their own times. Will not recommend shopping here. They obviously make enough money to close early

We found everything we were looking for. As Ive come to expect from any Game store - there was no service and the queue at the tills was badly organized. So not great, but not exceptionally bad.

Its back friday everyday at game. The prices are always wrong and this has been happening for years. Buy a kettle , R249 , when i come to the till R349 , Then they get a supervisor to change the price and I pay less. Keep this up , I have bough about 30 items in the past two years with the same price problem

The service is the worst I have experienced of all the Game stores. Horrible, the staff act like they are doing the favour when serving you. I only go there when I do not have other option.

Worst service ever from Game, applaince floor manager has the worst attitude and unwilling to serve, more interested in his conversation with female staff members than assisting customers.

This is a one stop shop, uou can literally buy anything from food to furniture, electronics and a whole lot more.

I love to shop at Game, I just wish they will keep more different flavours of Pampers dry food. The cats dont want to eat Gourmet and the green pack of fish flavour. Everytime the same for years now

Poor assistance during National Lockdown. Service times not updated anywhere and unhelpful staff.

The shop is smart and well organized. I loved my visit becoz I could move around and choose the goods at my own pace. The sales people dont pressurize you they dont follow you around you look and choose at your own pace. I like the environment

Almost like a Walmart , just smaller .I visit Game every time I go to the mall . They have good deals and there is always something to seeI would give it 5 stars but I was very annoyed once when an employee tried to get me to sign up for a Game account .Other than that it is a nice experience to go to Game .They are currently taking stock so the store might be a little messy ( Oct 2018)

Beat the price that they had, however they lied about the 10% on the difference and refused to stand by their words despite a poster with their words 2m away.The person that helped browse was friendly and helpful.

Dont expect quick delivery at this store. Seems like the Johannesburg distribution centre doesnt know where Rustenburg is. But if youre willing to wait 4 weeks then this is the place to go.

Inside the Waterfall Mall, Clean shop, variety of items to choose from e.g Gym equipments, health products, household furniture, technological products to food , staff are knowledgeable about the products, operates till 7 pm during the week. Opens Monday -Sunday & even on holidays.

Enjoyed morning shopping2. Was there on the 15th January wanted to buy soccer balls on special (shoot) R120 for two, there was no stock. Am so disappointed.

I am moving. Wanted to buy all my house stuff from Game Waterfall Mall. CASH. First I received a qoute on a LG frontloader 2in1 washing masjien R6999. Then I put aside a double door fridge of R14000. Then I searched for a TV. A Samsung curve R8999. A sound bar R3500. 3 Exploras. When it came to paying the one guy, not sure who he is, maybe a manager told us no no the washing machine is R8999. Needless to say I turned around and left GAME WATERFALL MALL. And will never return. Second time a thing like this happen at this GAME

TERRIBLE place, I looked at 5 items I needed to buy and nothing had any prices on them, asked someone to find the price and never saw them again... this is a recurring issue with this store.

Its a game, like most games. Its not bad, yet not amazing.

One person to help 10 people on the floor at the electronic department. What a joke and the worst part of all is that when you ask them something about a product, they dont even know how it works. They think it can do this and they think it can do that. What a waste of time.
