Soooo, this morning at 9:25am. On of your staff poured a gin out of a patrons boot and ran into the staff room,Blatant, jokingly .Or rather the patron poured it out of his boot , right there! And then a staff member skelmpies sneaked it ....Unbelievable 😂😂😂😂

Real bad. On two occasions dirty fuel was put in the tank. Last time cost me R7000 to replace the petrol filter. It was confirmed with repair shop that dirty fuel was in the tank. Tried to speak to owner to no avail

I ad a bad experience with the lady at the till, she was very to the customer before and taking out till slip I felt sorry only to be thrown while try to for my mask. This is not the first I come across an incident at the garage. When I asked for the owner the first time I was referred to the old man in the back who the patrol attended was very rude.That incindent was witnessed by other customers who turned around at the say if that’s how they treat people he would go to the next garage and they attended said he can go.......I was shocked .I went in today hoping not interact with anyone but again her approach was uncalled.I know nothing will be done about just like the first incident. I had to share somewhere

Four of them working on the car but car still not clean. My windscreen still had dirty marks. They just rush to sit down. When you point out the mistakes, they give attitude.

Great service, and friendly people. My favourite engen by far.

The convenience store is open 24 hours.

Service here is atrocious had to drive to the nearest garage which was total and got monies worth 😊

25 December 2020 and most of the petrol attendants were drunk. The petrol attendant that served us was so drunk he didnt even hear the tank was full (click). His name is Jay Jay. This is lack of management if you ask me.

Friendly staff, I would only recommend a food corner as there is not always something to bite on.

The engen shop most disgusting service. 1 person that is busy with the lotto tickets and no one else to serve customers. I waited and waited and waited to terrible.

Stopped there with a flat tyre and the attendants helped me patch it up in less than 20 minutes despite it raining and them getting wet trying to remove the stick nail!
