Okay ew, the cashier(male) was so rude to me. I was so grossed out by the horrible service that i did not even memorize his name. Seriously, do better!

Avoid Sasol Ruimsig Car Wash! On Sunday the 18th of April 2021 got to Sasol Ruimsig car wash at 07:50 and there was already 4 cars ahead of me. By 08:25 they have not touched any of the cars, when escalated to supervisor there was lot of running around but 10 minutes later still not a single action to start washing the cars! Left without a refund so frustrating was it to get my money back. Went to Caltex across the road , excellent service!

The Car wash at ruimsig Sasol is very expensive and are not supplying the service it advertise. The responsable person for the carwash is rude and has no client etiquet. The dash board polish is not available i was asked to lesve and not was my bakkie thete also to wash my vehicle at home

I regularly visit this petrol station to fill up. Excellent service every time Ive been. Today was no exception. I had accidentally taken my turn out of the petrol bay too sharply and drove into one of the barriers with the side of my car. To save me more damage, Sizwe and his team members lifted my car up and away from the barrier. Wow guys!! Thanks SO much for the help, owe you big! So grateful 🙌

Sasol Ruimsig just lost a very loyal customer due to bad and rude service. The manager of the car wash - I didnt catch his name as he turned me (a willing paying customer) away very quickly and rudely; and before closing time. I understand arriving at 4:30pm when the car wash closes at 5:00pm is a tall order but i cannot understand why a business would turn customers away before closing time - and if they really must, why in such a rude manner.

Your regular fuel station experience with friendly staff.. The car wash is acceptable depending on who you get to be washing your car... Would like to see a clean space, allways paper and plastic lying around with no decent sitting area.. and a filthy broken garbage bin staring at you. This garage need a serious revamp... Does not do the Sasol brand any good

Worst car wash Ever! The most dismissive supervisor. I am a regular as I live around the corner. Uninterested staff doing a half job eating a burger while kinda cleaning my car. R45 worth of agrovation!!

Good service levels with competitive fuel prices. Car wash and ATM with a convenience store.

Be prepared to pay twice. Card machines can take your money very quickly but promised returns dont happen at the same speed.

Will NEVER go back to this Sasol EVER again!!!! They put petrol in a diesel vehicle Then hesitate in owning up to it!!! Further more saying they’d replace the diesel that was already in my vehicle before filling up.... Ja that didn’t happen.... Only giving a one star as the manager sorta tried.... I guess....

Petrol attendants give good, fast service and even if you park your car just to get some milk from the shop they will wash your windscreen without you needing to ask! You wont find service like that very easily
