Visited the pharmacy. Staff were super helpful and friendly. All Covid protocol is observed and staff is very specof in wearing masks. Ample parking is available outside, or otherwise downstairs.

Been twice to the dentist . The first was such a great dentist understanding and kind. The second was male dentist who was the complete opposite he actually shouted at me that even if I have no money I should have come in 6 months before and even his assistant said to me he shouldnt have shouted at me. My usual doctor has his room here and have never had a problem

I was reassured that I would receive my COVID-19 results in 24 hours but I didn’t get any notifications of my test being processed or my results even after 48 hours which delayed me in obtaining the documentation required for an international flight. The person conducting the test was unprofessional and recklessly touched me potentially exposing me and my family to COVID-19. Very disappointed with the COVID testing facilities at this medical centre.

Book an appointment for my sister on a Sunday. As she was not feeling well. Got to the doctors room and the first time the doctor asks her to do was a covid test. She as a thyroid problem and ask if he could also do the thyroid test as she had no systoms for covid. The doctors tell us that even if a person comes in with a arrow in his head. They have to do a covid test. Felt like they are just using covid testing as an excuse to make money. Anyway we did the test and waited the results. Covid test came bak negative which we already knew that. As for the thyroid test. The doctor told us that he doesnt know how to read the results and that we should go bak to our family doctor in Durban.. Wat type of a doctor is this????Felt like we was just extorted for money.. Very annoyed and disappointed. Wil never Eva recommend or go bak Der

My poor parents who had to go for a Covid 19 test, went back 3 times. After waiting for hours and getting no service they went elsewhere. Shame on you for treating vulnerable senior citizens in such a horrible way!!!!

Absolutely disappointing service from the Audiologist at Nhc Northcliff. The Audiologist didnt bother introducing herself and only seen her name on the Statement whilst paying. She barely engaged with my son who was the patient. She seems to have little tact with working with younger children and seemed absolutely annoyed by my 3 year old touching her interesting ear objects on her table. She maybe more skilled at working with adults but certainly would not recommend children using her services.

So i phoned to make an appointment at Dr Coetzee(dentist) he is the best dentist i have ever been to!! i asked the lady how much the filling will cost she says R491 which was a lie cause it ended up costing R899 cause she only gave me the price of the filling which i dont understand its not like i can take it and fill it at home!!! you need to get the staff trained to make sure if you ask a price give the total!!

Horrible. Been going there for 3 years as it was COMPULSORY with my medical aid. Went for compulsory check up in January, doctor says he will claim directly, when I show him the new codes on an email that I printed out from medical aid...then I get a bill for the consult???Which educated person would agree to to pay cash for medical treatment or even agree to see doctor when your medical aid has been paying for all consults with the same doctors for almost 3 years??? I feel that I have been duped by these doctors! I would have never agreed to see them if I had known I had to pay cash!

Booked an appointment for my son to see one of the General Practitioners. He prescribed meds that are not and have not been available for a year, as we were told by our pharmacist. We once again had to incur the cost of a GP Consult elsewhere, this time with a very different accurate diagnosis. Refund? Dont think so!

Just returned from visiting the DR Nathan, only Dr available on a public holiday. I took my 6month old baby to the doctor with an eye inaction, and mentioned that he also has cold symptoms. The doctor only looked at my baby across the desk and did no other physical examination, only prescribed a scrip for eye drops. I got home only to realise that he did not even check his ears, throat and temperature.Is this not standard procedure? I now its a public holiday, but we payed a full consultation fee together with additional charges for it being a public holiday. And know I feel like I might need to go see another doctor. Very unprofessional.

Outstanding. Had not been before, no problem, allocated a Doctor and an appointment within an hour. No fuss. My consultation sent directly to Medical Aid so nothing to pay (although it depends on what medical aid you are on, so as with anywhere, be prepared) I forgot to ask for a Doctors note for sick days, one phone call and again no problem, note arrived via email. Freindly, efficient and professional. Well done NHC.

I am on holiday in South Africa. I sustained a back injury after a fall, I was in so much pain. Dr.Jennifer Linda took her time to asses me and explained my injury and what treatment she was going to provide. I would differently recommend her service. Affordable, friendly and professional.

So my wife had an eye infection and she went to consult DR Andre Botha, when i got home from work she said she was not happy with the way the doctor handled his patients, As i questioned her i found out that Andre Botha tried touching my wife in an unprofessional way and asked her out on a date i`m expecting something to be done about this.... how can i ever trust a doctor to help my wife if the doctor is a sex predator....

Absolutely arrogant behaviour from Joanne. I asked for Malanil tablets for my trip to Malawi and she quotes me for a consult and tablets. I asked her is it neccessary for a consult and she arrogantly replies asking me who do I think is going to give me the tablets. This was a legitimate question because Ive used them before and I have had the consult so I told her there is no need to be arrogant or rude and she says, Same to you. My employer gives this place a lot of business, but I will make sure that we do not recommend anyone else to use them in future.

Arrived at NHC at 16h40 to see the radiologist (was told over the phone that no appointment was necessary and that the equipment required for the xray was available). The patient before me came out at 16h55. The radiologist came out of her rooms at 17h01 and after being told by the receptionist that there was another patient (me) to be seen, she looked at her watch, shook her head and said no, its past 5pm.To be fair, she still had some stuff to do with the previous patient (it was a little kid, so no issues there). I also understand procedures and rules so my annoyance was not that I could not be seen, but the result of her dismissive attitude when she said that she could not see me.I accepted her halfhearted, after-thought apology, and left.Side note: The radiologist also said that she did not have the equipment to conduct the xray, yet I was told over the phone that the equipment was available - and this after I explained to the lady explicitly the kind of xray that was needed.My first time at NHC, and I was not impressed.

The service is average to below average considering the price that you pay - Drs will see you on time. However, they NEVER get back to you with test results, which is UNACCEPTABLE. We phoned 6 times in 3 hours and we still did not get the URGENT test results that we needed.The GP misdiagnosed my sons condition and NHC made him wait very long to see the dentist. They still charge you a fortune, even if they mess up! Very disappointing from a private healthcare facility.

To day was the first time I used NHC ...and I was very impressed with the serviceMy normal dentist could not see me even though I was in a lot of painI called NHC on Beyers and they got me in to see a very profesional young woman ...I will definatley be using them as my health profesionals from now on ...well done very happy
