This Clinic offers 7 Star Service and it is VERY CLEAN. Service was above my expectations from the security lady at the parking area who escorted me to reception and the reception team who welcomed me in a very professional and friendly manner and to the ladies in observation room. The Sister who attended me (Sister Inge) is so pleasant and awesome and she is very knowledgeable, very professional and caring. She has a warm heart, I felt motherly love from her. She explained my condition in detail and I even felt healed before I had even taken the medication she prescribed. Well done Management and your team, i felt like i was in a hotel and not a Clinic. Went for the first time yesterday ,EVERYONE was nice ,from the lady by the door, to the lady who took my vitals, to the receptionist and the nurse was so patient , she took her time with helping me ... Wow what great service!!! Had to take some in for an emergency after they were hit by a taxi on the foot. Very efficient service from entering the car park to the service by the Doctor. The security guard assisyed with the inquiry and got assistance from the nurse inside to bring the wheel chair. Reception staff very quick and efficient in completing patient details. Nurses quickly triaged and checked vitals. Dr was quick to attend, diagnose and treat. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Treated the patient and we were back on our way, all in about 30minutes.Well done to all🙏👍

The service offered at this clinic is way above par and the fees are affordable even to the unemployed. The staff is friendly welcoming and above all efficient. The facility is super clean the whole place is filled with a breeze of fresh air. It will be unfair to close my comment without mentioning the super efficient Sister Xolile Nkosi - Mam Nkosi you handle your patients with exceptional professiomalism, we left your room half healed before we took any medication.To management please maintain this super clinic, we need this place in the same standard for the rest of the days.In closing we mention the security staff especially one lady that greeted us with a warm smile, sanitized our hands and thereafter walked us into the facility to the relevant staff member to attend to us.Sikhulile Mbele & Thembi Mlaba
