Horrible service, waited for 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor. Might as well go to a government clinic than here.

Dr Comfort is the most meticulous Dr I have EVER consulted! She was so thorough in explaining my condition and made sure all the tests required for diagnosis and treatment were done. Best consultation I ever had with a gynae.

I was attacked by a pit bull and was referred to Doctor Comfort , i have never been sedated before and neither have i had surgery , she was sooooo comforting in everything lol mind the pun....her team was so amazing , usually im bruised after removing a drip but that day i had nothing , i woke up and they were done and i was in no pain , even post op i still felt nothing , today my stitches are all out and i am in top shape again . thank you to you and your team Doc ...you guys are truly amazing healthcare professionals. not to mention how clean and well maintained her rooms are ...

Since day one i went to the clinic i was treated excellent. They are so professional and i was attended by the Dentist. Treatment that about 2 doctors said my Medical wont pay. She took the quote and send to my scheme and CC me on every progress.To my suprise the same package that 2 doctors didnt pay attention to, it approved the crown and it is fitted perfectly. My confident smile is back.Thank you doctor .May the good God bless you and the rest of the staff. I will do my periodic there from now on.🐵

HORRIFIC customer service. We called to find out if the gynecologist would be available and they said yes. Upon arrival at 11 am I asked again if the gynecologist is available and they said yes. After a 1 and a half hour wait they proceed to tell us that the Gynecologist is not available and he will only be back at 3 pm. Why they didnt tell us he was unavailable in the first place I really dont know. This isnt the first time I have received such shocking service, If I could rate this place -5 stars I would.

Unprofessional. I was given the incorrect prescription 2 days in a row. The doctor I saw did not listen to my suggestions, and my body had a horrible reaction to the medicine he insisted on. I was given tests that weren’t necessary. Clearly a cash-grab.

Was excited at the prospect of moving to Randburg knowing a 24 hour medi clinic center will be at my families disposal should there be a need to.How disappointed i was at the level of service i received .They claim to be a 24 hours clinic service but wont treat you because the medical aid is closed and they require authorization.Aside form the above ,i lost my cool when my wife was unwell and required urgent medical attention and they refused to see her purely because Dr comfort and associating doctors have gone out on a fun day and instructed the temporary receptionist to not allow any patients to visit the stand in doctor cause it is a Sunday and authorization cant be done! Be aware guys ,they dont deliver on their promises as per the website,you guys should rather pay a little extra but know the proper medical attention will be received somewhere else.

Paid for my blood test, went back for my results all was cool. Month later I keep getting email and smses from Lancet that they did not pay for my blood test. I brought the issue to their attention and they are telling me that with out slip they cant assist me. I lost the sleep so does that mean I need to pay twice?Too unprofessional I must tell you.Till to this day, they have taking to effort to pay Lancet.

Terrible service!! How do they call themselves a clinic? I waited to see a doctor for over 2hours 46 minutes. I was only the fourth patient there, but its took 1 hour to service each patient . They even had the nerve to put the fifth patient before me. When I asked the receptionist what was going on, I found that my file was misplaced. How the hell do you misplace a file youve just received a few hours ago?

My wife went for consultation and the experience was good, she was asked to come later for more consultation she couldnt but had to go a week later and she was asked to pay full premium all over again because it was already over 7 days which was not communicated to her.Very poor communication.

Youre better off at the Randburg municipal clinic than this one, they are rude, cant give you an estimation of the wait, are unable to answer any questions you have. Ended up not even seeing a doctor.

I already know their service is bad from the get go because my calls which I am putting through to all the numbers they have on their website are being dropped! Imagine...

Waiting period is bad. My 3 year old daughter needed to see the doctor and we waited 2 hours, mind you its at night. The child is sick and here we have to wait. It is not professional.

They are basically the primary health care provider for my family. The fact that there is wifi access means that I can attend to my work whilst waiting to be attended
