Great service and overall experience. Item fixed in a few days we’ll within estimated repair time. The process was automated in store which meant regular updates were sent to me from their internal system. Loved being kept up to date. Had a great experience serviced by a great team.

Both my Macbook Air and iPhone stopped functioning, so the thought of how much it would cost to have BOTH repaired was horrid. However they helped me out at the Apple Centre by solving the issues for a whole lot less than what I thought Id be dishing out just by going the extra mile (in under an hour). I definitely recommend them as a trusty and efficient Apple Centre.

It might not have the outward appearance of professionalism but the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and you get the sense that there is no issue with your Apple product that is too small or large to fix.

This knowledgeable and friendly team has taken such great care of me and my MacBook Pro. I highly recommend them!

Great service

I took my MacBook to them instead of them fixing they gave lots of run around till they gave back my MacBook and said the tried all but cloudnt fix it. After a month I decided to get a second opinion and I realized they swapped my battery with a messed up battery which was even another model. Besides the battery they broke few components in the MacBook. And the manager was very useless with many promises and he took me for ride (Brad Eve). I got cheated a lot after trusting them as they claim to be Christians. They are bunch of Ametures don’t trust them with your assets.

Handed computer in to be fixed on Friday. Fix was not going to take long. Drive back on Monday over an hour and was told they forgot to do the work. Was useless to phone the owner. Not planning to go back again for any other Apple repairs. Will rather look for somewhere else.

The Apple Center is THE BEST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. They are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond what is required of them.I brought my iMac it to them after sending it to another company (a famous company) who completely ruined it, if it was not for these guys I would be without a Mac as they informed me that my insurance can pay out if I ask them, or they could source a second iMac for me. They sent numerous quotes and insurance letters to me and after a month of trying to sort everything out these guys fixed my iMac in less than a week.They even ran a recovery on my hard drive (as someone formatted it, and turns out that it was not my hard drive) without charging me.If it was not for Rodney and Caylan I would not have a mac anymore. I cant thank you guys enough for what you have done. You guys are truly amazing! Again thank you for all of your effort, you guys did everything for me that I would not expect from any other company, and I have never seen this kind of service form any other company.
