Horrible experience! My account got debited erroneously twice. Once was charged a higher amount than than the usual monthly amount and the other time was after I had cancelled and they informed me that my last debit order would come off at month end but then I got debited again the following month. It took more than two weeks for my account to be credited. The service was bad. Would not recommend. I have since switched internet provider.
