The technician assisted me immediately and checked to ensure everything worked correctly. They found is was an error on my part and would not charge me for the assistance, though I was happy to be pay the diagnostic fee. Fantastic, Speedy experience with Supima. Frans and his team are great. They fixed my laptop screen quickly and when I requested a more expensive screen they were very speedy in tracking down a second screen and placing it in for me.

Terrible! They did not assist me instead my laptop came back with issues which my new IT guy had to fix. I do not think those technicians know what they are doing. The technician there told me that its impossible to fix my USB ports on my laptop because its not a normal motherboard. Not sure what that means.....but I eventually found someone who could help and they said thats nonsense and now its fixed!!!!!!!! I certainly will never return to this place ever again.

Where others fail; Supima Technologies succeed with a “Can do attitude” They were able to assist me with amazing, friendly and through customer service….Did I mention their fast turnaround time? Faster then a Hi-jacked BMW in Joburg, that’s how fast they are.Like I said, phone Supima if you need PC, laptop, server & printer repairs. Took my Alienware 17 R2 in for an assessment.They called back the following morning to tell me it was a hopeless cause.I accepted their diagnosis and collected the laptop.I was not charged for the assessment nor the re-application of thermal paste.Upon arriving at home I decided to do my own investigation to verify their diagnosis.When dismantling my laptop I noticed that some connectors were not reconnected at all(keyboard and a power jack connector). The motherboard should have 6 screws holding it in place I only removed 4, and another screw to hold the keyboard in place was also missing. While I understand that the device is a brick they could have been more diligent in their re-assembly of my now bricked device. After all the positive reviews I did not expect the workmanship to be so sloppy.Now that I think about it s my laptop really bricked as per their assessment after the power jack for the motherboard was not re-connected when re-assembled?

Amazing service from these guys. Sorted out my laptop for a fair price and in less than two hours. it had a light cold-drink spill. Another vendor wanted to overcharge me and lied about my laptop needing a complete replacement (they thought i was an idiot and ignored my explanation of what happened) but these guys were honest and fixed it. Im writing this review from said laptop, and its working like new. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Revived my PC quicker than I could say Its broken...Great team and great service...

I called Supima regarding a faulty charger. I was told to bring the charger in and that they would take a look at it while I wait. When I arrived there Frans took one look and said I should just leave the computer and charger and they would plug in in and see if it charges and call me later! Honestly I had it plugged in myself in the office for a day and it didnt charge! Fortunately Barry came along and intervened. He was exceptionally helpful. He offered to take a look immediately and offered to repair instead of replace the faulty charger. I was offered a cup of coffee and in no time the charger was fixed and I was not charged (no pun intended) a fortune! The friendly and helpful service I received from Barry is highly commended! Help staff like Frans to offer service like this, and they might become a real asset to your company.

They say Happy Wife, Happy Life and so when my wifes laptop screen broke I knew I was in trouble. But I was referred to Supima and without batting an eye and in a few hours they had my wifes machine back in her hands with a new screen. At a reasonable price, too. Highly recommended.

I cannot praise Supima highly enough. I took my Samsung printer to their Randburg office as it was playing up. A very marketed and reputable competitor of Supima advised me telephonically that I should let my laptop, complete with a cup of coffee inside, rest in pieces as it had not survived. With half a sliver of hope left, I then called Supima and was advised by Frans to come in so he could take a look, which I did. He said he would call me the next day with a verdict. I had left my soppy laptop with Frans and sat tearfully in my car for 40 or so minutes, making calls and contemplating life without the contents of that laptop, when my phone rang. I literally hadnt gotten out of Supimas car-park when Frans called to tell me my laptop was alive, well and ready for collection! Outstanding work, amazing service.

I had to revive two slow notebooks and two UPS units which had suffered one too many power surges. As a walk in customer, I found their service to be inexpensive, solid, attentive, knowledgeable, accessible and friendly. The work was done in-house. Both notebook computers were operational and lightning fast within 2 hrs. The one Notebook fan had been collecting dust and cat fur and was causung an overheating.
