Terrible experience!!! Almost every engagement with MTN via the customer support centre, walk in store, email and online feels extremely frustrating and pathetic. Staff seem disengaged and disinterested to help customers. Feels like engaging with an ineffective government department. Packages are more suited to the companys benefit over the benefit of the customer. Almost never have stock of the phones they advertise. Cherry on the top they advertise a package price then tell me I cant take up the package and have to be forced into a zero data package because I am on the old system. How are MTNs system issues, my concern as a customer? MTN keeps finding new and inventive ways to lower customer expectations. Abysmal!!!

On Friday 30th of April i was served with a very unprofessional lady called caroline who i do not think should be serving customers at all. she sits there speaking as if she is in a war room where shes ready to fight, she keeps on saying that she does not know any mtn terms and can not help at all.

Arrived at shop. Was ignored by two shop assistants for 5 minutes. When I asked.if I can play account they saidmpaypoint was broken. Poor service.

PEP IS THE PLACE WHERE THINGS ARE AFFORDABLE BUT YOU HAVE TO LOOK REALLY WELL ..... THIS PARTICULAR ONE SHOULD HAVE MORE SPACE AND THE STAFF AT THE TILLS SHOULD BE A BIT QUICKER .... TO SAY THE LEAST ...

Not cool that sometimes the place is offline and only operational the next.Could not pay Wi-Fi and for the 12 hours i needed it I had to hotspot for my daughter as well and used over a gig on my phone data.The overall staff component are helpful although my last visit I arrived to a growing queue while a trainee sat on a personal call in full view of every one.Personal calls should happen away from clients so we dont feel asif we are being treated with impunity

Local MTN store offers quick friendly service as well as a wide range of products. It is also the only cellar provider outlet in the Randridge shopping centre.
