They give fast and exceptional service. Always available when you call and do their best to meet t your deadlines. Building a relationship with any business takes time, I suggests any company in working with them.

WHATS TO PENALISE ME AND WOULD NOT GIVE AN APOLOGY FOR THERE ERRORAlways had what I thought was a professional relationship with them. But the last job they did not open on the Saturday. I was put under a lot of pressure to get the printing done somewhere else before Monday morning. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assume an emergency had occurred. This morning I get a call that I had not collected the printing. After explaining that they were closed when I came to collet. I was told that from now on I must pay first in future (18 km away but due to the old service and price I was prepared to travel). Would not take responsibility for there own error.Don’t normally write reviews but was so shocked at their attitude!

Such professional service and helped with a crisis printing job that was needed ASAP. Very friendly and helpful.

Not too crowded, measures were taken for Covid 19. A colored A4 print cost me 10 Rands ,not sure how competitive prices are. Photocopy was for 1 Rands a page.

They made mistakes with my printing and tried to charge me for the mistakes they made. If i didnt look at the slip i wouldnt have noticed. When I realised it they didnt want to change it. The manager was very helpful and did change it but the stuff was bad. I also waited more than 30 min to print two double sided A4s. Ridiculous. I think they need better training. I dont want the staff to het fired though especially during this time, therefore I was very hesitant on posting this review.

Slow, non attentive and lethargic service. Unwilling to multi task to meet a very simple request timeously. Wont be returning in a hurry.
