I have observed nothing wrong about varsity studios. Its a good place for tuks students, because its near to the universitys campuses. In addition varsity studios allow students to bring visitors for over 3 days. For me varsity studios is the best place ever.

Its a very nice place for a student. And high level security.

I went to visit a friend. I must say I was extremely disappointed at how dirty the floors, elevators and turnstiles were. The bathrooms/toilets looked as though they hadnt been cleaned in weeks.My friend has mentioned that the managers and house mothers are very rude, majority of their complaints and grievances are often dismissed or ignored. The place especially the rooms are not as they were advertised. Residents are not given room keys but are advised to purchase padlocks, the room keys are kept by management and I do believe that, that is a safety hazard. There also seems to be issues with the wifiI would not recommend anyone sending their child to live here.

Its so good, the living space is very comfortable & the community(students) is amazing. You have a choice to live alone for the people who prefer their own space or share your space with someone, which will help you make friends & socialize/ making new friends along the way. Overall this sure feels like a home 🏡
