It is a great place to be I even thought of staying there. The security team is so welcoming 💯💯

For me, it sucked. Not easy to study in all the traffic noise, the security staff is also noisy, the elevator doesnt work most of the time, the furniture is old, the rooms are poorly ventilated, the roaches just pop out in the toilet when you least expect it and the electricity part🚮. The only advantage are the spaceous rooms but otherwise, I didnt like it.

Decent student accommodation, safe and neutral location for tuks, TUT and student from surrounding colleges. Nothing out of the ordinary. Frustrating frequent elevator break down for months on end

It is a well comforting place to be as students.

The service is excellent,the south Point workers and ambassadors are friendly.

Firstly they consider tenants lifes , and it also make us feel safe that our safety and health is valued above all things at this times of pandemic

So South Point is a great student Accomodation it offers a great student lifestyle.It might not get somethings right but it tries by all means to make the customer happy.So far with my 3 years residing there Ive been happy and give it a 5/5

Its a nice place to be.. So proximal to the city central and other outmost locations i.e union buildings and Pretoria museum

I liked it. The only problem is that their elevator does not work and the WiFi also.

This place sucks. When I was there, the room was loaded with cockroaches, the tiles were all lose and the maintenance crew simply ignored my complaints. To top it off theres a crappy elevator, once got stuck in it for a whole hour. Very limited wifi too, with crappy signal. Not worth it, dont bother. Id rate them 0 stars

They have the most useless call Centre agents,The other name of south point is bad service

Not a very good student accommodation. Not fully furnished, old furniture, communal bathrooms, unnecessarily expensive and rude staff.

I dont like the place and i cant wait to move,worst part of it is the Wifi and Shuttle times.Too expensive for the service they provide
