Always a pleasure to go there. They might be a bit more expensive than other plant shops but they have everything you need and great service. The worker assisted us selecting and loading our items into the car. 10/10

The surrounding water and garden is lovely and good for the soul!In the week service is better but normally you will have to wait quite long for service. The food and coffee = good. Unfortunately service is almost allways bad.

If i could rate 0 I would. Been there twice and its been horrible both times. Benches are rotting - the one behind the jumping castle has half a seat gone. The service is shockingly slow bordering on non existent. It cannot take 20 minutes for a single cappuccino that is so horrible I threw it out in the parking lot. The hostess also thinks 33 is a normal body temperature. If you have severe hypothermia its perfectly acceptable. This place needs SERIOUS work and training.

What a great day. The atmosphere is amazing, loved the waterfalls and the birds.Had tea in the restaurant, friendly waiters and bought loads of plants. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely shocking service, unfriendly staff, have been there two weekends in a row and told we must wait a half an hour, even after three families has exited the restaurant we still could not enter. Dont bother wasting your time going there.

I was there, while there was loud shedding. Understandable some items on the menu wil not be available. I ordered a mega filter coffee with hot milk. When my coffee came the waiter told me that they ran out of hot milk and he brought cold milk instead??? I do not like cold coffee and told the waiter who only pulled up his shoulders. (And my cup was chipped as well.) With this service you lost a client!

You wont think you are in a city. It is like a small forest with streams and waterfalls. We had a Cafe Laté that was very nice. Unfortunately the plants, pots etc at Nursery is very expensive. Still worth a visit.

Very calming and peaceful. Perfect for a breakfast or lunch just to go and relax and breathe in some fresh air. Look at the koi swimming and the ducks near you.

So my significant other and I went here last weekend. The scenery is beautiful and the staff is really professional. However we had the buffet. During the buffet my partner dished up pap-tert that had some sort of fungus growing out of it.Naturally we werent in the mood to continue eating. I had informed the manager of the fungus growling out of his food. He reassure me its just from the cheese or something.Not impressed

Our past few experiences indicate that the staff dont know their own menu and dont seem to bothered by the fact. Bringing you totally different drinks or food because they assumed you meant something else.

I had forgotten about the restaurant after visiting it years ago. Over the last two weeks I have used the venue for two business breakfasts and it was perfect, good food and great surroundings.

Dont be fooled by these good reviews, theyre fake. This place is horrible, the food is awful and the service is bad. Be very careful this place should be inspected by health officials.

Very child friendly venue and lovely surroundings. Unfortunately the food was disappointing and do not justify the price Many items on the menu were not available. Very friendly waitress, but we waited a long time for our order. Seems they cater for big groups as people recommend their buffets.

Huge garden center, with nursery, restuarant and conference center. Easy access from N1. Lost of parking. Friendly service, nice place for kids.

Still pretty good experience. But it seemed there were a few items on the menu that was out of stock.

Its a pity that such a splendid venue is spoiled by bad customer service. Waited way to long for the food. Coffee and chips was cold. And the waiters are more preoccupied with new patrons than the wellbeing of those already seated.

Food took a very long time to prepare. Then served cold. Send back and returned dried and terribly over cooked. Maybe try serving sandwiches and light meals rather than steaks and grilled food.
