I was always looking for a good doctor in Pretoria. Specifically in Pretoria CBD. My friend recommended Peermed Health Centre Pretoria to me and altogether it was a great experience. The Dr was very helpful and attentive. Staff were very friendly and warm. Waiting time was not too long. Plus the consultation price included medication. I didnt need to pay extra for meds. Peermed Health Centre has become my new healthcare provider. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Dr in Pretoria.

First time i went there i had a great service that was in 2019. I also went late last year i cant remember the name of the doctor who helped me but she did the best i wo t lie.I went back to consult last week the doctor did not even check me, she did not even touch me i was the one to tell her to check so that she could see the severity of my sickness. I went back 3 days later because i was worse than getting better.I went again today.....the same doctor well this time she assessed me she gave me only two medication no pain killer nor antiinflamatory. M still in pain i thought i would be better after a few hours but its something different i even feel worse.

The Pretoria one is a mess.Some of the stuff is rude and I walked in the doctor and the stuff talking about me, then they tried to play it off but I heard them laugh at my expense.

I had a horrible experience at pta central because it was my 1st time at this health centre, i called in asking for a letter 2 days after visit and I was told to come in on Saturday to my surprise when I got there they could not find my file..... They promised to send it via email on Monday they ddnt, I had to call to remind them more than twice and its still the same thing.... 3 days after visit and the file its nowhere to be found 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The Doctors are great and friendly except for the one with the office next to the consultaion rooms and the lady at the pharmacy, they are very rude. I felt like never coming there again.

Terrible service from the doctor I had today. The doctor seemed so disinterested. He didnt even touch me. He just prescribed the same meds the previous doctor DR. KHUBEKA gave me. I was so annoyed cause if you are no longer interested in medicine and helping people rather retire .I have never felt like I have my time wasted more than today.What a waste id time.

Friendly ,helpful staff. Affordable prices. Quick professional service. Clean and professional facilities. Had x rays done there. Will most definitely go there again should I need to. Parking could perhaps be a problem if you go to town at a busy time. We went on a Saturday. It was quiet and we found parking in front of Peer med.

The ladies frm the front desk are just useless the service from the reception is terrible all they knw is chatting nd laughing instead of helping..........on the other side the doctor is the best very good very helpful keep it up doc

Worst service ever! I’m never visiting that hospital again.I have never been treated so poorly by a nurse. A particular nurse was very very rude, she’ll definitely be hearing from me via authorities

I just went to peermed at 16:30 knowing that they close at 17:30; but they could not allow me to consult because their manager has to go for a Ramadan prayer.Now my question is since this happens for about a month why is this not put up on the website? Or why are regular patients not notified via sms.This is frustrating.I am a very loyal patient to peermed and I keep referring people there. In my opinion this was an unpleasant experience as the main reason of wishing to see a doctor is not for pleasure but for health (sometimes threatening) reasons.Please improve your service in this regard.

Worst service from the Pretoria center. 8 months pregnant and had to que for hours just to get a confirmation letter, the service i got is the same as an public clinic. Waste of money and time, wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
