The receptionist played on her mobile phone below the desk without noticing clients right in front of her for almost 2 minutes. We booked for a pre-delivery scan of R650 as per the website. Ended up being charged R1100 as apparently they did a full scan. Please be aware of that this place takes advantage of you without your consent.

Heidi and her staff are absolutely amazing, comforting and even get excited with the parents. She is patient and caring, and she explains everything in the finest detail. I would gladly recommend their practice to any expecting couple.
