1 is too much :( VERY POOR Customer Service. The website look great, but no care for patients. I booked a test for 29 June on the 6th of May already. I was told they (Louisa) will call back to confirm. I called on 3 different occasions and got the same message. NEVER got a call but assume they would care enough to have actually made it. Today discovered they did not an the test is crucial for further test next week at a cardiologist (cannot just move that appointment either). They did not care enough to even make an effort to try and assist. I managed to get an appointment at Brooklyn Med (VERY friendly and caring). Then Waterkloof calls back more than an hour later with an appointment. Will never use them again.

Great facilities and very caring doctors. Dr Kommal leads a fantastic team of medical staff and a very supportive range of medical specialists. It is one of the few medical centres that offers access to Neurosurgeons, Neurologists, Orthopaedic Surgeons and Psychologists all in one Centre!

Infusion lab treatments at the Centre are amazing!
