We just delivered a cake for a function there but the staff was so friendly and helpfull. They even brought us cappuccino while we were finishing the decorations. Very professional staff and beautifull venue. The roses were in bloom.

Had my wedding here this passed weekend. Only go here if u want the atmosphere. Bring ur own staff and planners. After organising with one staff member for 3 months, I was bumped to another member on the day with 0 explanation. I was also told that the venue will only have my wedding held, there were 2 other events being held which I was not told about so the photography session was less than enjoyable and I could hear music while my music was playing which me and my guests did not enjoy. Beautiful venue, dissapointing service as my hopes were quite high. I wish I was told the truth from the beginning.

This place is run down, we booked a room with a friend to relax for the afternoon, the staff who were on duty for the day were very rude and unprofessional, we had more than 5 knocks on the door from them randomly asking for the bill to be settled, then we received a call from reception, the guy who spoke on the phone said can we have our key?!? The room was booked and paid for, for the entire night. However we were harrased. How rude and unpleasant can they be to their guests?!? The staff is more welcoming and respectful to white people... They would never disrespect white people they way they did with us.. Theres no peace in this place, its actually sad, the staff need some hospitality training. Black peoples money has the same value as those white people they bow down to. Were very upset. Disgusting Service!!!!!!!!

Booked a long weekend getaway for hubby’s birthday and our expectations were completely exceeded. Ivory Manor is a real luxury and such a treat, tastefully decorated with immaculate gardens for high tea, picnics or a day of spoiling. The staff are friendly and professional, most notably Piet, who helped with our booking and special requests. Tapewe was an excellent host at our gin tasting. Compliments to the chef, food was delicious and exceptional value for money. Shout out to Thapelo for great service and accommodating our last minute changes, the welcoming security guard and our waitress whose name we didn’t get. We have already recommended your hotel to friends and family and will surely return. Hidden gem in pretoria!

We had our friends 50th birthday dinner party there with about 12 ladies (on 11 Dec 2020) in a private room. The staff were very attentive and the food was fantastic.

I started the year with a business trip and got booked at Ivory Manor, 2 km away from our offices which made sense, but not expecting anything out of the ordinary... But let me tell you Ivory Manor is truly ONE of a kind!! Ive stayed in many places over the years and can honestly say that Ivory Manor is in a class of its own! The attention to detail blew me away... The staff are all so professional, friendly and really service focused to give you best experience! A MUST if youre in the Pretoria area! Since the minute I drove through the gate at Ivory Manor to book a venue for my daughters bridal shower I was met with absolute amazing and professional service. The standard of service that I received astounded me as a well travelled individual who also attend many functions. To cut a long story short we had an absolutely beautiful function with no detail left untouched. A very special thank you to your co-ordinator and her staff. Beautiful venue and professional staff. Staff are here to help, I havent seen service like this in a while. Great work, keep it up! Also, fix the toilet seat in the mens bathroom in the Gallery. Also, I did see one waiter leave the bathroom without washing their hands. Thats the only reason Im not giving you a 5 star rating. Please address that with your Staff.

The decor was really eclectic with a warm and homey feeling. The rooms 3 & 8 were extremely spacious with a bed thats MASSIVE. The bathrooms have a shower and bathtub. The shower head is big and they supply you with shower gel and shampoo. There is no shortages of wall plugs, the room was clean. The lounge and and cigar bar were fantastic and their TV was a great size to enjoy the weekends game of soccer. The continental breakfast hit the spot and or waiter, Francis, was absolutely amazing (10/10). The only downer was with or meet and greet as we made an EFT payment on the Saturday morning with an immediate payment clearance as well as proof of payment supplied, but upon or arrival we were greeted with saddening news that payments done via eft on weekend arent acceptable. After some time of back and forth the management made an exception which resulted in the memorable experience we had as the weekend was all about my grandmother turning 80 years old.

Loved the Art Gallery where we had our conference. Enjoyed the snacks and tea as well as lunch in the little square. Serviettes were missing during snacks and tea. Great recovery by Waiter during dinner as we were disappointed by the Bread tray indicated to be served as starter on the set menu. He brought fresh hot bread rolls with butter to our table.

A wonderful boutique hotel outside of Pretoria. Beautiful gardens and stunning decorated ecorated rooms. We attended an afternoon concert here with in winter. The soup and bread as exceptional (just prefect for a winter afternoon) and so was the music and live singing. Had the honour of having a sneak peek tour into the wine cellar. Probably the best stocked in Gauteng! A wonderful afternoon of good food and music was had at Ivory Manor.
