Located at the Waterkloof Ridge Lifestyle Centre Ridge Mica is the best place to get all your hardware from Art/decorative to heavy duty industry. Their service is comparable to none. Staff are very helpful and duty conscious. I would recommend it to all people in and around Gauteng in South Africa. They are well stocked in all areas. They have just recently revamped to modernise and increase the product range.

I have mixed feelings about this shop - they have a great selection of anything one might urgently need and the gentlemen working on the floor are friendly and helpful; however the store is incredibly cramped and I feel claustrophobic going into the shop. The ladies at check out are not very friendly either, which is rather disappointing compared to the salesmen. Its not the most pleasant shopping experience when visiting this store.

The place is a bit overstocked and cramped. You can basically find everything you are looking for here, as long as you dont mind squeezing through the narrow pathways between the shelves. Prices are not bad though.

Small store, but was able to find what I needed. They are applying strict Covid controls with hand sanitation, compulsory masks and marked spacing for the queue. Parking just outside the door.

Store needs to be categorized.Most of the time in the shop you are hunting for something in the section where it should be only to be pointed out it is in a completely different section on the other side of the store. Situated in a good place. Should find your most common tools here.

I love Ridge Mica although small it has a better selection than some of the larger Micas I like to browse this store but beware although you go in for one item you might come out with lots of other things the temptation is just to great.

We are DIY people and recently renovated a large house in Pretoria East area. We always go to Mica Ridge first and 98% of the time, a Mica Ridge employee is at the door of the shop to offer you help - the manager included! And they are polite and eager to help. We LOVE this shop! And as loyal customers, we get great discount (on our loyalty card).

This is quite a large, well stocked hardware shop, but best of all were the friendly assistants, especially Jason, who helped us fix a leaking tap on a bokashi bin. We can recommend this store whole heartedly.
