Cashiers always struggle to find prices..always.. plumbing section is poorly stocked...and people make empty promises when you order products... Otherwise its convenient to go there. Builders is far away. Also staff are friendly and helpful!

I came into buy some wood and I needed it to be cut on a public holiday. Rudolph Louw assisted me and informed me that there were a few other orders that were in already and that they would be closing at 1pm. Never the less Rudolph assisted me swiftly and arranged to have my order cut while I was there. First time at BUCO Wonderboom and I will definitely be back.

I have a problem when I speak Afrikans and your staf say I dont speak that and walk away. So I took my business elsewhere.

Staff not helpfull, people at the paypoint have no idea what they are doing, its a pity such a clean nicely stock store has service thats sucks, and not because it was a busy day, I was the only customer in the store, and the day before a long weekend where everyone should be cheerful and happy.Will rather go to Chamberlains Montana where you have plenty of friendly helpfull people thats been in the industry and know what they are talking about.Dont think we will see this store around much longer
