One of my favorite hardware stores, and a lot of their building materials are a lot cheaper than most other places

Always found that staff not willing to help, if you ask for help they point you to a direction and expect you to look for what you need by yourself. You Keep getting pointed from 1 staff member to another. No one could help, so walked out

Great place to shop, Prives are great too, Buuuuut the staff at the Yard could do with a little.more training. They just tooo slow. Its like they dont know why they are there.

Extremely bad service delivery bought few items for delivery this morning & still waiting for delivery

Great variety of building material to choose from. I just fell in love with their mosaic collection.

Poor service. Staff is rude and arrogant..I reached at 11:50am on Sunday 23-Feb-2020,Exactly 10 minutes before closing. The doors were already closed, even there was no closing sign board on entrance.The whole staff were inside helping customers.I requested several times security guard to open entrance door nicely but he denied.He screamed and said its my own time. I can not open for you even still 10 minutes are there.After 5 minutes I got chance to go in.I asked staff to help me return wrong stock but everyone said big NOOO. We can not help you.Sales person , credit control person, reception all these people denied and said come tomorrow. We can not help you.Even credit control lady left his counter before 5 minutes at 11:55, went out and sat in his car so I should not talk to her. She was very rough n rude.I will never prefer to buy from such hardware shop again.I hope owner or.manager of this hardware shop read this comment and take responsibility to question in future.

Poor service,no one is there to assist you except cashiers for payment and security to check your slip and stamp it and to give you plastic bag.you stand in front of the staff but they wont bother to ask you for help.No one available in aisle.Many of reasons to look somewhere else

We are operating a small business, struggling desperately during this lockdown. My wife had to buy essential items for us to continue making ends meet and had to go with our 7 year old daughter, they refused her entry even though our poor daughter had her mask on. Never ever wil we do business here again! I regret the 10s of thousands of rands we previously spent here. To add insult to ingury Tlthe security at the entrance told my wife she is a bad mother for taking our child with her. Quite frankly I would not let her go if we had any choice
