Here I finally found a hairdresser that knows how to cut curly hair.

Dissapointed this time.... hair cut too short, i wanted a trim. Hairdresser had her lip on the floor, didnt smile or talk.

Most frustrating hairappointment of my life. Arrived early for my 15h00 appointment on Sunday 19 August 2018 - was not even acknowledged - after other people was helped before me - my appointment started at 15h30. The cleaning lady that has no clue about colouring and roots was instructed to do my roots. She used one bowl of coloring on only the one part of my hair!! While the hairdresser was happily chatting and doing her friends childrens hair. Help came from another assistant later but she had to redo my whole head by this time my head was burning!!! They had to mix color 3 times. And there I sat - no attention no supervision - she finished her non paying non appointment clients and then attended to me - by now it was after 17h00 - I walked out of there just before six paying R935 for all that frustration and stress and almost missing my 18h00 appointment. Ive been going to La Verni for a very long time when I visit in Pretoria but this was unprofessional and very stressfull!! Training is needed at La Verni!!!

Very poor service went back 3 times and hair colour still disastrous. They just want your money, beware
