Too much hard sell of their products. I simply wanted a pampered and relaxing cut and blow!Received a good end product, reasonably priced within the ranges of a good salon but next time I will state from the start to please not extoll the features of every product as they go along.

The whole experience was about advertising and selling their products. It felt like they were looking for increasing their sales and more time was spend on the pitch than actually doing what you paid for....just wash and blow-dry please

This is not just a hair appointment, its an experience. I used to dread going to the hairdresser - you will sit for hours on one watching the timer slowly ticking by whole getting a tint. Amazing hairdressers who knows what they are doing

Instead of listening to my request , the stylist was more interested in trying to get me to buy products which are extremely over priced. All I wanted was a wash, cut and blow dry. Instead, I ended up having to include a treatment before she actually cut my hair. She ended up butchering my hair off on Tuesday. My hair was shorter on the right side than on the left. My fringe looked like it was cut with a weed wacker. I had to wait til Friday to get a re-cut. The service was really terrible. Ill never go back.
