Serene environment with so much professionalism

Always my favorite place to go. Great staff. The treatments are professional And the nail salon is perfection. Very clean and peaceful.

I only see good reviews so I guess they were having a bad day. But my visit started with no one being at the entrance to greet me or measure my temperature, so I waited for about 3 minutes and decided to do it myself before I continue down the hallway where one of the friendly staff greeted me and showed me the way. No problem.First I would like to thank Melissa! I hate having people in my face but you handled my tint perfectly and made the experience wonderful.However, on my way out of the building I ran into a lady in the hallway, as I wanted to greet her and confirm the way to the stairs, I was greeted with a blunt and stern Did you pay? From her overall manner I guess shes the manager or something there. Not a have you settled your account? (which I did on making the booking) or how was your experience? or thank you, please come again type of service that you would expect from a spa.I replied yes and proceeded to ask for the way out to which she answered in short the stairs while walking away and pointing to the stairs. It might sound silly, but the overall vibe I got from the place is very cold and I wont be going there again.Thank you again Melissa for not making my experience completely miserable.

As one would expect from an establishment like this, everything was of a very high standard. The difference lies in the small things though. Being more than 6 feet tall, spa robes and slippers are usually a problem. At Veroz, they even handed me slippers and a robe that were my size... That set the tone for the rest of my visit

Our 13 year wedding anniversary in 2020, we realised that we have had a relationship with Verozki Spa from 2012. This has always been a special place and phenomenal experience for us as a couple and now recently for our daughters as well.For our elder daughter she decided for a birthday party that she wanted a spa experience with her closest friends which included a massage and pedicure and the girls really love the care and attention that was given to them.Verozki Spa always goes the extra mile to create a truly sensational experience with candles and essential oils, and soft music... it creates an atmosphere of a dreamland.The restaurant serves phenomenal dishes, their personal touch in service, and really making you feel special as a client is what brings us back time and time again.To Verdi and his wife, six stars on a job well done and maintaining a very high standard over the years.

The entire service was amazing from the whatsapp convo up until the treatments. Upon arrival therapists were w8in for up at the door, the massages were perfect n tranquil

Came for halfday spa with my daughters, Petronella, Itu and Shani so professional, deffenetly reccomend the spa, beautiful place.

Lets just say that it didnt meet our expectation. My husbands leg and foot massage was really average and I had to return the next day so my gel nails could be fixed. I tried booking by sending an email as requested online, but the address was not in use anymore. I had to phone for a booking and was promised a confirmation and that I didnt received. That said, Chane was very friendly and professional and handled the situation well.
