CCMA Offices in PTA Central

Been here since 10h00 this morning, after arriving at 9h00 already. Case was scheduled for 10h30. 2.25 hours later and STILL waiting.

In terms of defending employees, they are very good.

Horrible service. Totally disorganized.

Today (15/11/16) I was at the CCMA asking for advice and insight. I was helped by an absolute gentleman, Johannes Room 52. I unfortunately did not get your surname Sir but thank you most sincerely for listening to me, for patiently looking at my documents and helping me to see the wood for the trees. It was wonderful to be treated so kindly and with respect.

Easy to locate the place and the great client service

The only people who are doing their job are the cleaners, everyone else are useless.

Nothing posituve to share at this stage

They are becoming very busy these days which causes long waiting times.

Slow and not organised.... People waiting for long time before being helped. The offices is clean however.

They are efficient

Why employ people of have offices or phones when you never answer???????
